18年前に失踪した父の友人から、奇妙な植物の種をもらったジャック。それを庭にまくと、巨大な豆の木が生えてきて雲の上まで伸びる木を登ると天空に浮かぶ不思議な世界だった。そこは悪の女王シリーナが、巨大怪獣を魔法で操り支配している王国でジャックは父親と再会する。その頃、人間界征服の野望に燃えるシリーナが怪獣たちを率いて地上に降り立ち、その猛威に人類の軍隊は歯が立たない。ジャックは地上に戻りシリーナに決戦を挑む。
