Welcome to Hard Body Boot Camp, the world's most exclusive training facility, where only the strong survive. Seven beautiful recruits compete to see who will be the last girl standing at the end of a rigorous training regimen headed by the gorgeous - and equally tough - Coach Olga (Jamie Lynn).
