Texas, 1878: cheerful outlaw-buddies Jim, Lorn and Wahoo rescue spunky orphan Rannie Carter from rustling racketeers, then are forced to separate. Lorn goes on to bigger and better robberies, while Jim and Wahoo are (at first reluctantly) maneuvered into joining the Texas Rangers. For friendship's sake, the three try to keep out of direct conflict, but a showdown begins to look inevitable. And Rannie, now grown into lovely young womanhood, must choose between Lorn and Jim

With thousands of cattle being rustled from White Sage ranch the 1930's Texas Rangers are called in. They manage to get one of their agents into the gang by making them think he is the Pecos Kid on the lam.

The Texas Rangers send Dave and Chito into the badlands to see if they can locate a counterfeiting operation. They arrive posing as wanted outlaws and this gets them into the gang. But as soon as they uncover the operation and locate the printing press, one of Chito's girl friends arrives to expose their identity and they find themselves trapped by the entire gang.

A former Texas Ranger is recruited by a Houston police captain to assist a homicide detective in the search for an elusive serial killer who collects antique dolls.

Texas Ranger Dusty Rivers ("Isn't that a contradiction in terms?", another character asks him) travels to Canada in the 1880s in search of Jacques Corbeau, who is wanted for murder. He wanders into the midst of the Riel Rebellion, in which Métis (people of French and Native heritage) and Natives want a separate nation. Dusty falls for nurse April Logan, who is also loved by Mountie Jim Brett. April's brother is involved with Courbeau's daughter Louvette, which leads to trouble during the battles between the rebels and the Mounties. Through it all Dusty is determined to bring Corbeau back to Texas (and April, too, if he can manage it.)

Audie Murphy is again the kid who puts on a badge to catch the bad guy, skillfully played by Barry Sullivan. On the way back to town the two develop a curiously close relationship - Sullivan passes up several chances to get away - but in the end Sullivan "asks for it" and Murphy obliges.

Two Texas Rangers (Tom Tyler, Rex Lease) nab smugglers and rescue a woman (Margaret Nearing) from a runaway wagon.

Sent to Mexico to buy a bull, a Wyoming cowhand (Doug McClure) teams up with three Texas Rangers to solve a robbery/murder.

Ellen Williams' father has a valuable collection of furs and an outlaw gang is after them. Before he is killed, Williams hides a note revealing their location. The Texas Rangers are on the job and to get more information, they have Panhandle pose as an Indian chief.

McQuade: 척 노리스 분)는 텍사스 엘파소 지역의 치안을 담당한 순찰 대원. 뛰어난 총격술과 무술로 많은 사건들을 혼자 힘으로 처리하지만 그의 독선적이고 타협할 줄 모르는 성격은 늘 말썽을 불러 일으킨다. 한편 자동차 사고로 죽은 남편으로부터 많은 재산을 상속받은 미망인 롤라(Lola Richardson: 바바라 카레라 분)는 우연한 기회에 맥케이드를 만나게 되고 두 사람은 첫 눈에 호감을 갖는다. 맥케이드의 딸 샐리(Sally: 다나 킴멜 분)와 남자 친구 바비(Bobby Drew: 로버트 조단 분)는 데이트를 하던 중 우연히 무기 밀매상들의 거래 현장을 목격하게 되고, 이를 안 범인들은 바비를 살해하고 샐리마저 죽이려한다. 간신히 목숨을 건진 샐리는 이를 맥케이드에게 전하고, 거대한 무기 밀수조직이 관련된 엄청난 사건이 진행 중임이 밝혀진다. 젊은 순경 케이요(Kayo: 로버트 벨트란 분)와 동료 다코타(Dakota: L.Q. 존스 분)의 도움으로 이 사건에 멕시코의 마피아 두목격인 난쟁이 에밀리오 팔콘(Falcon: 다니엘 프리쉬먼 분)과 롤라의 죽은 남편과 옛 친구였던 전 가라데 챔피언까지 했던 고수 라울리(Rawley Wilkes: 데이비드 캐러딘 분)가 관련돼 있다는 정보를 얻는다. 이들은 군수품을 약탈하여 그 무기들을 멕시코와 중남미, 그리고 테러리스트에게 밀매하려한다. 한편 사랑에 빠진 롤라와 즐거운 시간을 보내던 맥케이는 팔콘을 만나지만 별다른 정보를 얻지 못하고, 라울리의 습격으로 다코타가 피살된다. 맥케이는 연방수사의 중요한 증인을 은익시키고 단독 행위에 의한 다코타의 죽음에 책임으로 직위 해제된다. 그리고 자신이 아끼는 집을 지키던 늑대마저 라울리의 부하에 의해 잃고 분노한다

텍사스 교도소에 수감되어 있는 클로비스에게 아내인 루 진이 면회를 온다. 루 진은 클로비스에게 자신들이 가난하고 돈벌이가 마땅치 않다는 이유로 정부에서 아이를 부잣집에 입양하려 한다는 소식을 전한다. 클로비스는 형기를 거의 마치고 4개월 후면 출소할 상황이라 탈옥할 이유가 없었지만 이대로 있으면 아이를 영영 찾지 못한다는 진의 절박한 설득에 못 이겨 탈옥을 감행한 후 아이를 찾아 슈가랜드로 여정을 떠난다. 그런 와중에 이들 부부는 자신들을 추적하는 경찰을 인질로 잡아서 아이들만 찾으면 경찰관을 풀어주겠다는 협정을 맺는다. 어설픈 현상금 사냥꾼이 나타나고 매스컴의 주목을 끌면서 슈가랜드로 향하는 여정은 점점 시끌벅적해진다. 반면에 이들을 지지하는 사람들도 하나 둘 생기고 인질로 붙잡힌 경찰관과 이들 부부사이에 ‘스톡홀름 신드롬’이라 일컬어지는 묘한 동질감이 생겨나는데...

Having fled to Mexico from the U.S. many years ago for killing his father's murderer, Martin Brady travels to Texas to broker an arms deal for his Mexican boss, strongman Governor Cipriano Castro. Brady breaks a leg and while recuperating in Texas the gun shipment is stolen. Complicating matters further the wife of local army major Colton has designs on him, and the local Texas Ranger captain makes him a generous offer to come back to the states and join his outfit. After killing a man in self defense, Brady slips back over the border and confronts Castro who is not only unhappy that Brady has lost his gun shipment but is about to join forces with Colton to battle the local raiding Apache Indians.

Walker investigates a murder connected with a missing government weapon. In addition, he tries to track down a teen on the run from a crime syndicate.
