The Rebels (1979)

미 건국 초기 대통령들이 숨겼을 것으로 추정되는 어마어마한 보물을 3대째 찾고 있는 집안의 후손 벤자민(니콜라스 케이지). 대를 이어, 어디엔가 숨겨져 있는 보물을 찾아나선 벤자민은 자료를 수집하던 도중, 미 독립선언문과 화폐에 결정적인 단서가 있음을 알게 되는데... 끊임없이 펼쳐지는 두뇌 플레이와 미로처럼 얽혀져있는 수수께끼, 끝이라고 생각하는 순간 다시 시작되는 의문의 열쇠는 과연 존재하는 것일까...!

플린의 집에 괴한이 침입하여 플린에게 부상을 입히고 고대의 두루마리를 훔쳐간다. 신비한 암호가 새겨져 있던 그 두루마리는 솔로몬 왕의 보물이 숨겨진 곳을 알려주는 지도의 단서가 적힌 것으로, 플린은 도둑들이 나머지 단서와 솔로몬 왕의 보물을 찾는 것을 막기 위해 급파된다. 솔로몬의 보물 중 특히 솔로몬의 책은 신비하고도 위험한 힘을 지닌 것으로 그 책을 해독하는 자는 시간과 공간을 지배할 수 있게 된다. 모로코로 간 플린은 그곳에서 성경과 고대 역사의 전문가인 고고학자 에밀리를 만나 그녀의 도움을 받게 되고 함께 두루마리의 단서를 찾아 떠나게 된다.

Based on a true story, this film depicts the life of Ted Bundy, the serial killer. In 1974, after having murdered several young women, he leaves Seattle for Utah, where he is a law student and where other girls disappear. It takes the cooperation of a number of police forces to work efficiently on this case. Soon, but not soon enough, the police eliminate endless possibilities and close in on him. Bundy is tried in the media and his good-boy attitude brings him sympathy but also the hatred of many.

Trying to recoup a mounting pile of debt made from giant b.s. deals, the ruthless Hunt involves select members of the BBC to aid in the worst of crimes to get what they want. But a few, scared of how far Hunt will go, try to stop Hunt's brutal reign of terror possibly before real damage begins.
