After witnessing a brutal murder on Halloween night, a young woman becomes the next target of a maniacal entity.

A 35-minute Dragon Ball animated short film that premiered at the Jump Super Anime Tour in September 2008. It is the first animated Dragon Ball feature in twelve years, following the tenth anniversary film The Path to Power.

남북전쟁이 끝난 후 남아도는 대포를 처리하는 방법을 연구하다가 큰 대포를 만들어 안에다가 사람을 태운 우주선을 집어 넣고 달로 쏘아 올리기로 결정한다. 사람들에게 환송을 받으며 천문학자를 태운 로켓이 대포로 발사되고 곧 로켓은 달에 착륙한다. 천문학자는 달에 도착하자마자 잠을 자고, 일어나고 나서 동굴로 가자 거대한 버섯을 발견한다. 한 천문학자가 우산을 펼치자 곧바로 버섯으로 변해 버린다. 이때 외계인이 나타나지만 천문학자는 이를 쉽게 죽인다. 곧 더 많은 외계인이 나타나서 천문학자들은 둘러싸이게 되고, 외계인은 그들을 잡아 우두머리에게 데리고 간다. 천문학자들이 우두머리를 죽이고 도망친다. 다섯 명이 비행선 안으로 들어가고 나머지 한 명은 절벽에 걸친 비행선에 달린 로프에 매달려 비행선을 우주로 떨어뜨린다. 우주선은 지구로 떨어져 바다에 빠진다. 천문학자들은 구조되어 큰 환대를 받는다.

풍요로운 삶을 누리는 지상세계의 프레더는 어느날 마리아를 통해 지하 세계의 비참한 생활상을 알게된다. 프레더는 그의 아버지 프레드슨에게 노동자들의 삶을 개선해 줄 것을 요청하지만 거절당한다. 한편 마리아가 주도하는 지하 세계의 집회를 목격한 프레드슨은 로트왕에게 마리아와 똑같은 로봇을 만들어 지하세계의 노동자들을 교란할 것을 명령하는데...

Launch, as a traffic officer, teaches him about traffic safety. Meanwhile, Goku, who is also on his way to Bulma's party, gets a traffic lesson of his own from Suno after running through traffic to see her.

크노크라는 괴상한 노인의 부동산 중개소 직원인 후터는 비스보르크라는 한 소도시에 그의 부인 엘렌과 살고 있었다. 어느날 크노크는 비스보르크에 집을 한 채 사겠다는 오를록 백작의 편지를 받고 후터를 백작의 성으로 급히 보낸다. 후터는 자신이 오랫동안 집을 비우는 것을 슬퍼하는 부인을 친구인 하딩의 집에 머무르게 하고 백작의 성을 향해 떠난다. 길을 가다 어느 덧 해가 저물어 한 여관에 머무르게 된 후터는 우연히 조그마한 책자를 발견한다. 책에는 흡혈귀에 대한 섬뜩한 이야기가 씌여 있다. 이 영화의 사이 사이에는 훗날 비스보르크에서 일어날 일을 예언이라도 하는 듯한 내용이 삽입되어 있다. 다음날 다시 백작의 성을 향해 길을 가던 도중 고갯길에 다다르자 공포감을 느낀 짐꾼들은 더 이상 가기를 거부하고 후터는 할 수 없이 혼자서 길을 떠난다. 그런데 이때 어디선가 기괴한 인상의 마부가 홀연히 나타나 후터를 목적지인 오를록 백작의 성까지 눈깜짝할 사이에 데려다 준다. 성에 도착한 후, 어딘지 섬뜩한 느낌을 주는 오를록 백작을 만나 후터는 식사대접을 받고 하룻밤을 지낸다. 다음날 목에 무언가 물린 자국이 난 것을 발견하지만 후터는 모기에게 물린 것으로 간주해 버린다. 다시 오를록 백작과 만나 집에 대한 매매 이야기를 하는 도중 우연히 백작은 후터의 부인 엘렌의 사진을 보게된다.
