용병들이 거대한 검은 뱀과의 전투를 벌이는 장면으로 막을 연 영화는 제약 회사 회장인 머독이 동유럽에 있는 자신의 비밀 연구소를 찾는 장면으로 이어진다. 등장 인물은 2편과 직접 이어지지는 않지만, 혈난초와 뱀이라는 소재를 이어가는 속편이다. 혈난초에서 생명 연장을 위한 물질을 찾아냈지만, 뱀을 제외한 다른 동물들은 독성을 버텨내지 못했고, 연구진들은 어떤 물질이 그 차이를 내는지 알아내려 한다.

먼 미래, 마지막 전쟁 이후 마침내 뱀파이어들이 밤을 지배하게 된다. 그러나 그들은 알 수 없는 원인으로 점차 소멸해가고, 일부 남은 뱀파이어들만이 사람들을 공포에 떨게 한다. 사람들의 피해가 늘어감과 동시에 이러한 뱀파이어들을 잡기 위한 뱀파이어 헌터들이 탄생한다. 이 가운데 뱀파이어와 인간의 혼혈인 D는 뛰어난 사냥 솜씨와 출중한 외모, 그리고 알 수 없는 신비감으로 인해 사람들 입에 회자된다. 그러던 어느 날 존 엘본이라는 지주의 어여쁜 어린 딸, 샤를로트가 뱀파이어에게 납치된다. 존 엘본은 그녀를 되찾기 위해 최고의 헌터 D를 고용한다. 추적의 와중에 D는 샤를로트를 납치한 뱀하이에가 단 한번도 인간을 해친 적이 없는 귀족 뱀파이어 마이어 링크이며, 샤를로트를 태운 마이어의 마차가 오래 전 소멸한 것으로 알려진 뱀파이어 여왕 '카밀리아'의 성으로 향하고 있음을 알게 된다. 이제 헌터 D와 마이어, 그리고 샤를로트를 호위하려는 괴수들의 목숨을 건 대격전이 시작되는데...

점성술가 여인과 그녀를 지켜보는 한 남자의 모습이 담긴 삽화로 시작의 장을 열게 됩니다. 그리고는 자기 앞에서 재롱을 떠는 강아지를 잡아 길거리 음식판매를 하게 되는 ‘존재’의 모습이 보이게 되는군요. 그렇게 휴대폰으로 친구들과 정신없이 통화중인 여고생이 등장하는 것으로 본론으로 들어가게 되는데요. 결국 집에 도착한 소녀는 만능 리모컨을 시험 중이던 아버지에 의해 어떤 심각한 상황에 빠지게 됩니다. 바로 시공간의 전이와 함께 자신의 신체 또한 변이되기 시작했다는 것이었는데……[Alice], 퇴근중인 것처럼 보이던 한 남자의 모습으로 시작되는 다음이야기는, 사용 중이던 라디오가 고장나버림에 길거리 노점상에서 새 라디오를 사는 것으로 이어가게 됩니다. 그런데 새로 산 라디오가 말을 걸어오기 시작함에 그의 인생이 좋아지는 듯 했지만, 어떤 전환점과 함께 심히 꼬여가게 되는데... [The Radio], 어느 방에선가 들려오는 쾌감과 고통의 비명소리. 그리고 섹시한 근육을 과시하는 한 여인이 피 뭍은 칼을 닦으며 복도로 나오게 됩니다. 그런데 광고를 보고 같이 잠을 자고 싶다 말하는 한 청년의 전화를 받게 된 그녀는 ‘연장’을 챙겨 그곳으로 가게 되지만…[Call Girl], 하얀색의 복도를 따라 걷는 한 노부인의 모습으로 시작되는 이야기는 어딘가 정신없어 보이는 박사와의 만남으로 발전하게 됩니다. 아무튼, 박사를 찾게 되는 젊은 청년 둘은 박사의 결혼 소식에 이어 너무나도 완벽(?)한 젊은 여인을 만나게 되자 충격을 받게 되는데요. 두 청년은 그 여인이 박사의 새로운 발명품인줄 알고 결국 ‘해체’ 해보기로 마음먹게 되는데…[The Professor's Wife], 그리고 뭔가 맛이 가버린 것처럼 보이는 한 남자가 등장해 핫도그를 하나 사는 것으로 시작되는 이야기는, 방금 산 핫도그를 떨어뜨리는 바람에 그것을 구걸 중이던 걸인에게 적선(?)하는 것으로 이어가게 됩니다.

불량 청소년들이 텍사스로 차를 타고 여행을 떠나던 중 봉고차 한대가 그들의 차를 밀어 붙인다. 장난반 진담반으로 싸움이 시작되고 봉고차에서 사람의 가죽을 쓴 사내가 전기톱을 들고 차를 난도질하고, 친구들을 불에 구워 먹는데....
