Uncle Bun (1991)

Antony Vargheese is a police officer who has been sent to a school as a teacher in disguise, to get details about the notorious Roy Mamman who is behind terrorist attacks in the city. Antony knows Roy Mamman's daughter Rose Mamman is studying in that school, but he does not know which of the kids is Mamman's. During his investigation he meets Angel Mary, a teacher, and attracts her enmity.

Venki (Prithviraj) is an entrance coaching professor by day and robs automated teller machines (ATMs) using fake debit cards by night. He has been operating out of Kochi for the past three months and the Imperial Bank of India (IBI) is the target of all these robberies.

A singer Pappan (Rahman) is killed in a bike accident, but Yamaraj the Lord of Death (Thilakan) realizes that Pappan has a few more days to live. Yamarajan allows Pappan to enter into bodies of other dead people including that of Inspector Devdas (Mohanlal) in a bid to tell his girlfriend Sarina (Lizy) that Pappan is dead, and to look forward to someone else in life.

But she doesn't know that, behind her back, her darling husband is dying to flirt with every woman that he sees. John Mathai is a photographer in Mukundan's publication. He was neither interested in girls nor keen to get married until he met Sereena . It is into the lives of these three couples that a bar singer, Diana, arrives and things take some interesting turns.

The story line of the film is the escapades of a cricket crazy kid, all of eight years and his father, a cop. Antony Simon (Mammootty) is a crime branch CI , but prefers to spend his time fooling around with his son Aadi (Dhananjay). And being a Crime Branch police officer, his rather laid-back attitude is not appreciated by his peers and superiors. Richa Pallod portrays his wife who finds this irritating. The father-son duo becomes friends with the famous national cricketer Sreekanth (Govind Padmasurya) when they save him from some street fight. Once while the father-son duo was out for shopping, Adhi saw a man with the gun and screams at his father. Simon turns back and shoots him but he kills the wrong person. Simon now faces murder charges and is suspended from duty.

Cobra (Malayalam: കോബ്ര) is a 2012 Malayalam comedy action thriller film written and directed by Lal (Paul Michael), starring himself and Mammootty in the lead roles. The songs were composed by Alex Paul, and background score by Deepak Dev.
