1956년 델머 데이비스 감독이 연출한 이 영화는 통쾌한 액션보다는 멜로드라마의 틀을 내세워 카우보이들의 사랑과 애증과 질투, 탐욕을 그려낸 할리우드 서부영화의 고전이다. 사생아로 태어나 험난한 인생을 살아온 이름없는 카우보이 쥬벨 트로프(글렌 포드)는 어느날, 자신을 구해준 목장주 웹 호건(어네스트 보그나인)에게 고용되어 실력도 인정받아 목장 관리책임자로 승진한다. 하지만 첫눈에 쥬발에게 빠진 목장주의 젊은 아내 메이(발레리 프렌치)가 쥬발을 향한 노골적인 애정 공세가 일꾼 핑키(로드 스타이거)를 자극하게 되면서 드라마가 후반에 접어들면 핑키의 농간에 말려든 목장주 웹과 쥬발의 대결 구도로 직면한다. 여기서 주인공 쥬발역을 맡은 당대의 톱스타 글렌 포드와 목장주 쉘 역을 연기한 어네스트 보그나인의 중후한 연기력에 힘입어 쥬발을 괴롭히는 핑키 역의 로드 스타이거의 탐욕스런 악역 연기가 그 빛을 발하고 젊은날의 찰스 브론슨이 글렌포드를 옆에서 도와주는 정의로운 카우보이 레브 하이슬립으로 등장한다.

In the Oregon mountains, a pair of hunters encounter a machete-wielding killer in an abandoned church. Meanwhile, five campers arrive to examine some property one of them has inherited but are warned by the forest ranger not to venture forth. Soon after they set up camp, they begin hearing strange noises, encounter a mysterious singing girl and start disappearing one by one.

After a run-in with the cops at a punk show goes sideways, Chelsea and her pals flee the city in search of a place to lay low. Running to the security of an old, abandoned family cabin in the woods, they fall under the watchful eye of an overzealous park ranger who holds a secret from Chelsea's past.

Based on the Kenneth Roberts novel of the same name, this film tells the story of two friends who join Rogers' Rangers, as the legendary elite force engages the enemy during the French and Indian War. The film focuses on their famous raid at Fort St. Francis and their marches before and after the battle.

A sleepy fishing port town is consumed with terror when a small crater crash-lands nearby and releases a slimy parasitic agent that transforms the residents into brain-eating zombies. When a large forest fire breaks out in the mountains of Montana, a squad of 'Smoke Jumpers', the paratroop-corps of fire-fighters in the U. S. Forest Service, is flown to the scene from their regional headquarters in Missoula, Montana. The Forest Rangers, under Cliff Mason, put out the blaze, but several of the fire-fighters are killed. Ed Miller, son of one of the dead rangers, thinks he died because Mason was a coward, and sets out to prove it.

A bounty hunter is hired to abduct a reporter who has uncovered a U.N. conspiracy plot.

In this his penultimate Western for low-budget company Monogram, Jack Randall assumed the identity of a murdered ranger in order to track down the killer. In the lawless town of Brimstone, the citizens are being terrorized by a gang of outlaws headed by Mason (Tom London), who, to no one's great surprise, proves to be the very man Jack has been trailing. The relieved citizens of Brimstone then elect Jack as their new sheriff. The murdered ranger's sister was played by Margaret Roach, the 19-year-old daughter of comedy producer Hal Roach. Ernie Adams replaced Glenn Strange (who himself had replaced Frank Yaconelli) as Randall's sidekick, Manny, and Nelson McDowell provided additional comic relief as Brimstone's busy undertaker.

After being shot, a dying Marshal Dawson gives Dave Hayes his badge and asks him to finish his job. Dave becomes Marshal but when Bowie, the man that shot Dawson appears, he exposes Dave as an imposter. Dave is then in trouble when Edwards incites the mob to lynch him.

Woody Woodpecker visits Niagara Falls---on the Canadian and American side both, according to some viewers---and asks about going over the famous falls in a barrel which the guard tells him it is forbidden, which immediately makes Woody decide to do it, anyway. Woody uses everything BUT a ladder in his attempts, and the guard prevents him going over several times, but the guard winds up in a barrel and goes over himself. Woody, dressed as a policeman, is awaiting him at the bottom to give him a ticket for breaking the law.

When Rangers Lucky and his brother chase outlaws, the brother is killed. To find the killer Lucky quits the Rangers and robs the bank. This gets him into the outlaw gang where he learns of their next raid. Sneaking out at night he tells his girl friend who must now convince the Sheriff that Lucky is not an outlaw and that he must sent his men out to catch the gang.

A group of frontier businessmen set up a protective organization for the purpose of extorting money from the local ranchers.

Roy Rogers, a Nevada State Ranger Captain in charge of the Rangers Reclamation Service, makes a trip to Las Vegas for the annual Heldorado Frontier Days Festival, as he wants to help his old friend Gabby Whittaker who originated the idea (at least, in this film).In Las Vegas, Roy meets heiress Carol Randall, who has been selected as the Queen of the Heldorado. Roy is informed that the F.B.I. wants an immediate investigation of the counterfeit thousand dollar bills that are being passed over the gambling tables at the casino.

It's 1874 and the Texas Rangers have been reorganized. But Sam Bass has assembled a group of notorious outlaws into a gang the Rangers are unable to cope with. So the Ranger Major releases two men from prison who are familiar with the movements and locations used by Bass and his men and sends them out to find him.
