After thief Alex Cardo gets caught while stealing an ancient katana in East Asia, he soon finds himself imprisoned and beaten up by the crowd there. One of the guards, Demon, feels upset by Alex appearance and tortures him as often as he gets the opportunity. Alex finds a friend and mentor in the jailhouse, Master Sun, who teaches him a superior fighting style called Iron Hand. When a 'best of the best kumite' is to take place, Demon gets an invitation. We follow fourteen of the most progressive knuckle draggers around as they take 67 waist deep pow runs in Alaska, hit 50+ foot cliffs as if they were park jumps and take jibbing to a whole new level.

Pete is a football enthusiast, who plays as a goalkeeper for FC HeMan, a team playing in the lowest possible league. His girlfriend, Anna, hates the whole sport. Pete and his teammates are planning to travel to watch the Football World Cup held in Germany. Anna is not excited about Pete's plan to leave her alone for the summer. Therefore Anna decides to present a challenge to Pete: She will form a team from the wives and girlfriends of the FC HeMan players, and then the women's team (FC Venus) would play against FC HeMan. If the women's team wins, the men will have to give up football, and if the men's team wins, the women will never complain about their hobby.

The East Side boxing champion Muggs answers a challenge to a fight against the West Side champ but just before the match he is kidnapped. His friend Danny Lyons takes his place and wins the fight, only to have Mugs believe that Danny was responsible for his kidnapping.

Muggs is tricked into entering a Civilian Conservation Corps camp by Danny in order to get in shape. Muggs resists and battles with the camp captain and with other campers. He also becomes involved in trying to help one of his friends get out of trouble.

비티메이커는 왕년에 이름을 날렸던 야구 선구로 현재는 풀장 청소나 하며 술을 입에 달고 있는 건달이다. 노스벨리리그를 후원하는 화이트 우드씨는 비티메이커를 자기 아들이 속한 베어즈팀의 코치로 데려온다. 처음에는 시큰둥해서 코치를 하는둥 마는둥 하는데, 베어즈팀이 너무 못해서 관중들의 조롱거리가 되는 것을 목격한 비티 메이커는 그때부터 적극적으로 나서기 시작한다. 피쳐에 뛰어난 불량 소년 캘리를 베어즈팀에 흡수시키는데 성공한다. 밑바닥을 가고 있던 베어즈팀이 차츰 차츰 경기에 이겨 결승까지 진출하게 된다. 결승에서 상대방 코치 로이가 속임수를 쓰는 것을 보고 자기도 속임수를 써서 대항하려한다. 하지만 결국은 스포츠 정신으로 돌아와서 지나친 승부욕을 버리고 지는 한이 있어도 못하는 선수들에게도 공평하게 기회를 주기로 마음을 바꾼다. 결국 양키스팀에게 우승을 뺏기고 2등에 머물지만, 베어즈팀은 내년에 설욕할 것을 다짐하여 자축 파티를 연다.
