메리(폴리 워커 분)에게 프로포즈를 준비하던 로빈슨 크루소(피어스 브로스넌 분)는 어려서부터 형제처럼 자란 친구 패트릭으로부터 자신이 메리와 결혼하겠다는 전갈과 함께 결투 신청을 받게 된다. 그녀를 선택해야 한다면 죽음도 두렵지 않던 크루소는 패트릭의 손에서 칼이 떨어지던 순간 메리와 자신이 결혼할 것임을 알리고 돌아선다. 이 때 쓰러져있던 패트릭이 크루소의 등을 향해 칼을 날렸고 패트릭의 칼을 피하기 위해 몸을 낮추며 휘두른 크루소의 칼날이 패트릭의 가슴에 꽂히고 만다. 살인자의 누명을 쓰고 쫓기는 신세가 된 크루소는 메리에게 1년 후에 반드시 돌아와 결혼할 것을 약속하며 무역선을 타게 된다. 그러나 배는 남태평양에서 난파되고 그는 외딴 섬에 쓸려가게 된다. 배고픔보다 더한 외로움이라는 고난앞에 놓이게 된 크루소. 하지만 곧 그는 섬에 있던 원주민들을 알게 되고 그들과 따뜻한 교류를 하기 시작하는데...

Robinson Crusoe is shipwrecked and he finds himself all alone on a tropical island. With a few tools he manages to rescue from the wreck he has to learn to support himself until help arrives.

Englishman Robinson Crusoe, stranded alone on an island for years, is overjoyed to find a fellow man, a black islander whom he names Friday. But Crusoe cannot overcome the shackles of his own heritage and upbringing and is incapable of seeing Friday as anything other than a savage who needs Crusoe's brand of cultural and religious enlightenment. Friday attempts to share his own more generous and unashamed culture, but ultimately realizes that Crusoe can never see him as anything but an inferior being. With that awareness, Friday sets out to turn the tables on Crusoe.

Lt. Robin Crusoe is a navy pilot who bails out of his plane after engine trouble. He reaches a deserted island paradise where he builds a house and begins to adjust to life. He is in for trouble however when a local girl is banished to the island by her father, who then comes after Crusoe.

Selkirk, an unruly, selfish pirate, is the sailing master of the Esperanza, an English galley sailing the South Seas in search of treasures. When Captain Bullock decides to abandon him on an uninhabited island, he discovers a new outlook on the world and learns to survive alone, becoming the real Robinson Crusoe.

In the seventeenth century, Robinson Crusoe is shipwrecked on a desert island and is the only survivor. He takes steps to get food and shelter, hoping one day to be rescued. One day a band of black men arrive by boat and are about to execute one of their number; Crusoe saves him and drives them off, and names the man Friday, and teaches him Crusoe's on language. They survive together, but will they ever be rescued?

The film, adapted from the "Robinson Crusoe & Friday" comic book series written by Gürcan Yurt. Robinson Crusoe and Cuma, who celebrate the 15th anniversary of ending up on a desert island, see a ship approaching shore when their troubles about loneliness come out. An adventurer man whose name is Viktor has run away from retrogressive world together with his animals in the ship and has been looking for a new place to survive. Furthermore, he did not come alone to the island. His two beautiful daughters, one of them is stepchild, made this journey with him. Donelya and Yanarin who grew up in abbey discipline are two young and attractive girls. Robinson and Cuma embrace this guests and their ordinary life starts to be more exciting. The buddies who fall in love with girls before long try all the ways to score. However, Viktor "a conservative dad" is an important obstacle for them. Even so Robinson and Cuma try to struggle determinedly for their love.
