시놉시스
미래에서 온 패러독스 로이뮤드와의 사투 직후, '가족이나 인간이 지닌 특별한 감정'에 더욱 강한 흥미를 느끼기 시작한 체이스는 강도 사건을 저질렀던 로이뮤드 051과 다시 마주쳐 싸움을 벌이던 도중 우연히 현장에 있던 여성 히나코를 말려들게 하여 상처를 입혀버리고야 만다. 남동생 히로시와 둘이서 생활하는 히나코에게서 시지마 남매를 겹쳐본 체이스는 히나코 대신 히로시를 지켜주려하지만, 감정이 없는 탓에 섬뜩한 인상을 심어준 나머지 거절당해버린다. 이에 감정을 지닌 인간이 되고 싶다는 고뇌에 빠진 체이스의 앞에 '감정을 가진 로이뮤드와 인간이 공존하는 세상'을 만드려 하는 초진화태 로이뮤드 엔젤이 나타난다. 엔젤은 황금빛 날개를 이용한 능력으로 체이스에게 인간이 느끼는 감정을 주었고, 그리하여 특상과 일원들을 놀라게 할 정도로 변모한 체이스는 처음으로 싸우는 것 이외에도 감사 받을 수 있다는 기쁨을 알게 된다. 그러나 엔젤이 목표로 하는 세계는 하트나 브렌이 꿈꾸는 이상적인 로이뮤드의 세계와는 달라 인간이 된 체이스 자신을 번민케 만든다. 한편 051이 일으킨 사건을 뒤쫓아 도쿄 근처에 있는 마을과의 경계 지점으로 향한 신노스케 일행은 그곳에서 생각지도 못한 상대에게서 간섭을 받는다. 그 상대는 바로 후토시 초상범죄수사과의 테루이 형사였다.
선을 표방하는 학자 조단과 악의 회산 리타 리펄사의 전쟁에서 조단에 의해 패한 리타는 자신만의 은하계를 세운다. 조단은 리타는 없애는 것보다 은하계를 보호하는 것이 목적이었기 때문에 리타 일행을 우주 공간으로 추방한다. 조단은 안전 구역을 선포하고, 악의 무리들이 사라진 곳에서 사람들은 평화롭게 생활한다. 천년의 시간이 지난 후, 지구에 정체불명의 콘테이너가 떨어지고, 조사를 위해 콘테이너를 연 사람들은 리타의 봉인을 풀어주게 된다. 엄청난 힘을 가진 리타는 지구의 환경을 파괴하고 사람들을 지배하기 시작하는데...

태평양의 외딴 섬인 소겔 섬에 주둔하고 있는 과학자 팀은 기상관제 시스템을 완벽히 하려고 시도한다. 그들의 노력은 거대 사마귀와 늘 소란스러운 기자인 마키 고로가 섬에 도착하면서 방해받는다. 기상관제 시스템의 첫 번째 테스트는 순조롭게 진행되다 싶더니 섬의 중심에서 발생한 알 수 없는 신호로 인해 방사성 풍선의 리모컨이 걸려버리면서 실패하고 만다. 풍선이 폭발하면서 방사능 폭풍을 일으켜 거대 사마귀는 카마키라스로 변한다. 과학자들은 카마키라스들이 흙더미에서 알을 파내는 것을 발견한다. 알이 부화하면서 미니라가 태어나고, 과학자들은 미니라의 울음소리가 그들의 실험을 망친 방해의 원인이었다는 것을 깨닫는다. 곧 고지라가 미니라를 지키기 위해 돌진하면서 우연히 과학자들의 근거지를 밟으며 섬에 상륙한다. 고지라는 상륙하자마자 카마키라스 두 마리를 박살낸다. 한 마리는 반복되는 슬램을 뚫고 산산조각이 나고 다른 한 마리는 고지라의 방사열선에 폭사당한다. 세 번째 카마키라스는 고지라에 의해 몸이 꺾이면서 죽고, 마지막 한 마리는 결국 달아난다.

Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger vs. Gaoranger is the team-up movie between Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger and Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger. This can easily fit in between after Sixth Spear, Satarakura and Shurikenger's introduction and before Third Spear, Manmaruba's original death and Super Karakuri Beast Revolver Mammoth's introduction. The only continuity error is the appearance of Manmaruba's motorcycle since his later clone was the one who used it in the series.
