22세기의 도쿄 긴자, 도라미는 우연히 본 허수아비 로봇 크로가 잃어버린 것을 보고 그를 따라 묘한 집으로 들어갔다가 낯선 세계로 빠져들고 만다. 그곳에서 크로가 성에서 튕겨나오고 황급히 도라미가 그를 부축한다. 그는 동경의 오로라 공주의 무도회에 왔지만, 허수아비는 신분에 걸맞지 않아 내쫓겨 버렸던 것이다. 결국 자신은 허수아비……라고 자신을 잃는 크로지만 도라미에게 용기를 얻어, 함께 오로라 공주의 성을 목표로 한다. 수많은 장애와 적을 극복하고 둘은 마침내 성 앞에 당도한다. 문을 여니 동경의 공주는 이미 눈앞, 하지만 크로는 문을 열려고 하지 않는다. 그는 공주를 만나는 것보다 더 중요한 것을 깨달았던 것이다.

A 3D movie originally screened in Hanayashiki and some other amusement parks on 20.03.1999. The movie was later rerun at Toei's anime festival "Tobidasu! 3D Toei Anime Matsuri" on 03.10.2009. The DVD became available on 21.02.2010 titled "CG Toei Anime Matsuri" and it contained 3 other CG anime works by Toei (Kikansha Yaemon, Digimon Savers 3D: Digital World Kiki Ippatsu! and Digimon Adventure 3D: Digimon Grand Prix!).

바다에 떠 있는 유리병 속에 꽃과 보석상자 등이 잔뜩 그려진 오마츠리섬의 지도와 ‘당신은 그랜드 라인을 항해하는 1억 명 중에서 뽑힌 행운의 해적입니다!’라는 편지가 함께 들어 있는 것을 발견한 밀짚모자 해적단. 당연히 오마츠리섬으로 방향을 틀고 그곳으로 향하는데 루피 일행이 도착한 오마츠리섬은 너무나도 평범한 섬이다. 루피 일행의 앞에 갑자기 등에 꽃을 피우고 있는 오마츠리 남작이 나타난다. 지옥의 시련을 견디면 보물을 주겠다고 제안하는 남작의 말에 루피는 선선히 수락하지만 기장천외한 캐릭터들의 이상한 공격으로 밀짚모자 해적단 일행들이 하나씩 사라지는 최악의 상황 속에 빠져들게 된다.
