시놉시스
A tropical singles retreat takes a terrifying turn when guests realize a poisonous shark is infesting the surrounding water. Not only will it rip apart its victims, but it also uses projectile acid to hunt - in and out of the water.
유전자 변이로 태어나 비범한 감각과 능력을 가진 엑스맨들은 인간들로부터 경원당한다. 돌연변이 등록 법안이 추진되는 등 적대감이 고조되자 친구 사이였던 돌연변이 지도자 찰스 자비에 교수와 매그니토는 상반된 방법으로 대응에 나선다. 자비에가 엑스 맨들의 초능력으로 인류를 보호하고 공존하려고 애쓰는 반면 폭력을 택한 매그니토는 등록 법안을 추진하는 상원의원 켈리를 납치해 UN 회담 현장에서 세계 정상들을 돌연변이로 만들려는 계획을 시작한다. 자기의 초능력을 발견하고 가출한 소녀 로그는 기억을 상실한 전사 울버린을 만나 사비에 교수의 엑스맨 군단에 합류한다.
백악관의 대통령 집무실에 괴한이 침입한다. 인간의 눈에 포착되지 않을 만큼 빠른 움직임, 경호원들이 속수무책으로 당하고 괴한은 돌연변이 구호가 새겨진 단도를 남겨둔 채 사라진다. 암살기도가 있고 난 뒤 돌연변이에 대한 비난여론이 거세지는 가운데 돌연변이 전문가 스트라이커는 문제의 진원지로 사비에 영재학교를 지목하고 나선다. 한편 자비에 교수는 대통령 암살미수사건 이면에 정치적 음모가 있음을 간파하고 암살자를 추적, 스톰과 진을 급파하는 한편 사건의 단서를 얻기 위해 매그니토를 찾아간다.
돌연변이성 장관인 엑스맨 출신 비스트는, 제약 재벌 워렌 워딩턴 2세가 돌연변이 유전자를 영구히 제거하는 신약을 개발했으며 이를 빼내려던 매그니토의 오른팔 미스틱이 체포됐다는 보고를 받는다. 알칼리 호수에서 사라져 죽은 줄로만 알았던 진 그레이가 회생하여 돌아오고 자비에는 그녀의 숨겨진 이중자아 피닉스의 부활을 예감, 위험을 경고한다. 모든 상황을 인내해야 한다고 주장하는 엑스맨의 리더 자비에 교수와 적자생존의 법칙을 신봉하는 매그니토의 대립된 의견이 시험대에 오르고, 이는 세상의 모든 전쟁을 잠재울 최후의 전쟁으로 이어진다.

생물공학 연구소에서는 정부주관으로 비밀리에 세균전 실험을 하고 있었다. 어느 날 그 세균전에 쓰일 세균이 실수로 시험관에서 새나가면서 엄청난 사건이 발생한다. 위험 경보를 받은 보안실 담당직원 죠니는 즉시 건물 전체를 봉쇄한 후 연구소 사람들을 못 나가게 하는 긴급조치 비상대책 1호를 취한다. 세균전 실험반이었던 P4호실 사람들은 닐슨박사의 주도로 아직 약효가 검증되지 않은 해독제를 주사하지만 효과가 없다. 한편 죠니의 남편이자 그 지역의 치안담당자인 보안관 캘은 문제의 해독제를 발명한 뒤 오래 전에 연구소를 그만둔 페어챠일드 박사를 찾아가 도와줄 것을 요청한다. 영문을 모르고 연구소 안에 갇힌 사람들은 점차 밖으로 나가기 위해 몸부림을 친다. 그러는 사이 어느 덧 건물 전체가 오염되어 버린다. 유출된 세균은 감염되면 분노를 자극해서 서로 필사적으로 싸우는 것이 특징이었고 건물 안은 이로 인해 아수라장이 되는데...

Four bus mechanics working for London Transport strike up a deal with the company: they do up a one of the company's legendary red double decker buses and take it to southern Europe as a mobile hotel. If it succeeds, they will be put in charge of a whole fleet. While on the road in France they pick up three young British ladies whose car breaks down and offer to take them to their next singing job in Athens. They also pick up a stowaway, who hides the fact that she's a famous American pop star on the run, chased by the media and her parents.
