호텔보이이자 피아노 연주로 생활하는 톰 리플리 (맷 데이먼). 어느날 대학 재킷을 빌려입고 피아노 연주 대역을 하다 선박 부호 그린리프의 제의를 받는다. 이태리에서 빈둥대는 아들 디키 그린리프 (주 드로)를 데려오면 천달러를 주겠다는 것. 디키가 좋아하는 재즈도 공부하면서 연구한 톰은 이태리로 가 디키를 만나는데 상류사회의 화려함과 디키의 연인 마지 (기네스 팰트로)에게도 호감을 느낀다. 그러나 계약기간은 점차 만료되어 가는데...

미술을 전공하는 대학생 벤은 여자친구와 헤어진 후, 불면증에 시달린다. 하지만 하루에 8시간, 인생의 3분의 1이 더 생겼다는 걸 깨달은 그는 잠 못 이루는 밤을 보내기 위해 동네 슈퍼마켓에서 야간 아르바이트를 시작한다. 그곳에는 근무시간의 지루함을 예술적(?)으로 견디어내는 각양각색의 사람들이 있다. 벤 역시 지루한 근무시간을 견디기 위해 시간을 멈추는 상상을 하게 된다. 멈춰진 시간 속에서 쇼핑중인 여자 손님들의 옷을 벗기고 나체를 스케치하는 환상에 빠져드는 벤. 그런 그에게 점차 동료인 샤론이 눈에 띄기 시작한다. 사랑을 되찾고 싶은 그의 소망은 과연 이루어질 수 있을까.

시카고에서 관광 가이드를 하는 게리(빈스 본)와 갤러리 큐레이터인 브룩(제니퍼 애니스톤)은 사귄 지 2년 된 커플. 브룩은 처음에는 자신에게 적극적인 애정공세를 펼치던 게리가 시간이 흐르면서 점점 자기 중심적인 행동을 보이고, 자신의 존재를 너무 당연히 여기게 되자 서운함을 느낀다. 어느 날 사소한 문제로 시작된 브룩과 게리의 말다툼은 걷잡을 수 없이 커지고, 게리의 이기적인 생각과 변명들에 화가 머리 끝까지 치민 브룩은 강력한 한마디를 던진다. “우리 헤어져”

주인공 잭은 부모가 누구인지 모르고 출생신분도 확실치 않지만 신랑감으로서 좋은 조건을 갖춘 총각이다. 도시에서는 어니스트라는 이름으로, 시골에 와서는 잭이라는 이름으로 이중 생활을 한다. 출생에 대해서는 잘 모르지만 진지하고 성실한 성품을 지니고 있었기에, 알저논의 사촌 그웬돌렌 마음을 사고 있었으며 잭도 그웬돌렌에게 마음을 두고 있었기에 그웬돌렌과 브렉널 부인이 알저논의 집으로 찾아온 날 청혼을 하게 된다. 이에 그웬돌렌은 어니스트의 청혼을 흔쾌히 승낙하는데 이유는 바로 그의 이름이 어니스트라는 사실 단 하나 때문이었다. 하지만 이들의 사랑을 허락을 않고 반대를 하고 나서는 브렉널 부인, 그 이유는 어니스트가 출생신분이 불분명한 빅토리아 역에 버려졌던 고아 출신이었음이었다. 한편 늘 즐거움을 추구하는 알저논 역시 잭으로부터 그의 후견인인 세실리 양에 대해 알게 되고 알저논은 세실리에게 마음을 빼앗기고 다시 만나기로 마음먹는다. 알저논은 잭의 동생인 어니스트인 척 하고 잭의 본가가 있는 허트포드셔로 간다. 세실리 또한 수수께끼의 인물인 어니스트를 평소에 만나고 싶어했는데, 알저논은 어니스트인 척 하면서 세실리에게 앞으로는 망나니짓을 하지 않겠다는 다짐을 하게 되고...

아일랜드 바닷가의 작은 마을 툴리모어에서는 매주 토요일 밤, 복권에 당첨되길 기대하며 TV 앞에 모여드는 사람들이 있다. 그런데 그 날 마을의 누군가가 복권에 당첨된다. 장난치기를 좋아하는 재키(Jackie O'Shea: 이안 배넌 분)와 그의 친구 마이클(Michael O'Sullivan: 데이비드 켈리 분)은 조금만 친한 척하면 콩고물이라도 얻을 수 있단 생각에 당첨자를 찾기 위해 온갖 방법을 쓴다. 당첨자는 돼지농장의 피그 핀(Pig Finn: 제임스 네스빗 분)일 수도 있고 냄새에 민감한 미혼모 매기(Maggie: 수잔 린치 분), 혹은 노래를 잘 부르는 여자 우체국장, 그것도 아니면 맥주집 주인인 피츠제랄드(Dennis Fitzgerald: 제임스 라이랜드 분), 최악의 경우엔 늙은 마녀 리지 퀸(Lizzy Quinn: 에이린 드로미 분) 일 수도 있다. 결국 그들은 바닷가에 혼자 사는 네드 드바인이 그 복권 당첨의 주인공인걸 알게 된다. 불행히도 네드는 당첨된 복권표를 손에 쥔 채 죽어있고 이제 문제는 그냥 복권표를 버리느냐 아니면 네드인 척해서 당첨금을 받아내느냐이다. 그런데 바로 그날 밤 재키는 꿈에서 네드를 만난다. 이상하게도 네드는 재키에게 자꾸 닭요리를 같이 먹자고 부추긴다. 이 꿈이 계시라고 생각한 재키는 마이클에게 네드로 가장해 돈을 받아내자고 부추긴다. 바로 그날, 놀랍도록 복권회사 직원이 당첨자를 확인하러 온다. 마침 복권회사 직원은 바닷가에 있던 재키와 마주치고 이제 마이클이 영락없이 네드가 되어야만 한다.

They find another guitarist, Wynn, who enjoys fishing if he's not playing the guitar. The final member of the band is Eric, the bass-player who is often unpredictable in his actions. They name the band Circus Monkey and want to get famous and rich. However, after some successful gigs, they begin to realize what all the big music and show business is about

The Jimi Hendrix Experience played at London's Royal Albert Hall, an event which was filmed for a feature length movie "Experience." The movie itself was only ever screened once in public to a small audience in Berkley University, and has since vanished.
