잘 나가는 부동산 기업의 사장인 스탠은 부동산 개발 계획에서 사기친 혐의가 발견되어 재판을 받게 된다. 스탠은 가급적 형량을 줄이려고 비싼 변호사를 고용하지만, 오히려 형량은 늘어난다. 6개월 동안 자숙의 시간을 가진 뒤, 교도소에 들어가게 되는 독특한 방식의 형을 선고 받은 스탠. 그는 흉악범들이 가득 찬 감옥에 가야 한다는 절망감에 하루하루가 괴롭다. 그러던 어느날, 스탠은 죄수들에게 린치를 당하지 않으려면 무술을 배워야 한다는 아내의 충고를 듣게 되고, 그 말에 따라 이상한 노숙자를 집으로 데려와 무술사범으로 모신다. 드디어 감옥에 간 스탠은 첫날부터 갖은 방법으로 태클을 걸어오는 죄수들을 그 동안 배운 쿵후로 제압한다. 그가 고수임을 알게 된 갱단의 두목들은 그를 서로 자신의 편으로 끌어들이려고 하지만, 그는 어느 편에도 서지 않는다. 이를 건방지다고 생각한 갱들은 스탠을 덮치고 이를 멋지게 격퇴한 스탠은 재소자들 사이에서 일약 교도소의 영웅이 되는데…

San Quentin State Prison (SQ) is a California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation state prison for men, located north of San Francisco in the unincorporated town of San Quentin in Marin County. San Quentin opened in July 1852, it is the oldest prison in California. The state's only death row for male inmates, the largest in the United States, is located at the prison. It has a gas chamber, but since 1996, executions at the prison have been carried out by lethal injection, though the prison has not performed an execution since 2006.

The concert was recorded on February 26, 1995, at the “Houston Astrodome” and was televised live on Univision. The singer shared the concert with Tejano singer “Emilio Navaira” and performed to 66,994 people, which broke the previous attendance record held by Selena in the previous year. Selena's performance at the Astrodome became her final televised concert before she was shot and killed on March 31, 1995. The set list mostly included material from her "Amor Prohibido" (1994) album and a medley mashup of disco music songs. It was released on DVD on September 2, 2003 by Image Entertainment and Q-Productions, Inc.

Capturing Avatar is a feature length behind-the-scenes documentary about the making of Avatar. It uses footage from the film's development, as well as stock footage from as far back as the production of Titanic in 1995.
