Scooby-Doo Meets Batman is a video compilation from Warner Bros. Home Entertainment. The first story focused on Tai and Kari Kamiya four years before their adventure in the Digital World. It shows their first encounter with Digimon and what happened to them (as well as the other children). Tai and Kari wake one morning to find a Digi-Egg that came out of their computer the night before and the egg soon hatches, revealing a Botamon. The Digimon then evolves into Koromon and then Agumon (not the same one that became friends with Tai in the series, and yet, somehow, both Koromon and Kari remember each other), who then goes out and unintentionally destroys a good part of the neighborhood with Kari riding on his back. A second Digi-Egg appears in the sky to reveal an evil digimon, Parrotmon. Agumon then Digivolves to Greymon but isn't strong enough to beat Parrotmon and is knocked out. Tai grabs Kari's whistle and wakes up Greymon, who defeats Parrotmon and disappears with him.

<후르츠 바스켓>의 히로인 혼다 토오루의 부모 혼다 쿄코와 혼다 카츠야의 만남과 사랑 이야기. 카츠누마 쿄코는 '붉은 나비'라는 별명을 가진 십대 폭주족으로, 한창 비행 중인 여중생이다. 쿄코는 어느날 학교에 교생으로 온 혼다 카츠야를 만나게 된다. 쿄코는 자신을 부모나 다른 교사들과 다르게 대하는 카츠야에게 관심을 갖게 되고, 그렇게 두 사람의 만남이 시작된다.

시리즈의 주인공 키리코 큐비는 사실상 '생존율 제로'인 전투에서 혼자 살아남게 되고 혹독한 부상을 입은 상태로 바로 다른 부대로 배속된다. 그곳은 바로 바코프 분대로 구성원간 공통점이라고는 전혀 찾아볼 수도 없는 콩가루 부대였다. 이후 바코프 분대는 '생존 확률이 제로에 가까운' 임무에만 연속으로 투입된다. 거기다 왠지 적군뿐만 아니라 아군까지 자신들을 죽이려고 안달내는 상황. 하지만 이 절망적인 상황에서도 키리코와 동료들은 힘을 합쳐 끝까지 살아남는다. 이런 말도 안되는 상황의 뒤에는 음모가 있었다. 사실 바코프 부대는 하나의 샘플이고 그들의 임무는 모두 실험이었다. 바코프 분대원들은 실은 요란 페일젠이 연구하던 '말도 안 될 정도로 생존율이 높은 이능생존체 후보자' 들이었다. 페일젠이 파기한 극비 자료를 입수해 이 사실을 알게 된 워컴은 이들을 한 부대에 몰아넣고 이들이 과연 죽나 안 죽나 실험을 하고 있던 것이었다. 워컴은 계속된 실험과 페일젠을 고문해서 얻은 정보를 바탕으로 그들이 이능생존체라고 확신하고 정말로 생존 가능성이 없는 무모한 작전에 그들을 투입한다. 하지만 바코프 분대는 자신들이 불사의 이능생존체라는 확신을 가지고 두려움 없이 작전에 뛰어들고 키리코는 자신과 같은 능력을 가진 친구들이 더 있다는 사실에 내심 기뻐한다. 하지만...
