2001년 미국 뉴욕 등지에서 일어난 9.11 테러에 미국 정부가 깊숙이 개입한 의혹이 있다는 내용의 동영상 ‘루스 체인지(loose change)’가 화제가 되고 있다. 구글을 비롯해 급속하게 확산되고 있는 1시간21분짜리 이 동영상은 다큐멘터리 형식을 띠고 있다. 9.11테러 당시 소방관, 세계무역센터(WTC)에 있던 생존자와 기자들의 증언, CNN·NBC·FOX 보도, 미국 정부의 공개 문서 등을 토대로 9.11 테러에 대한 미국 정부의 개입 의혹을 구체적으로 제기하고 있다.
