시놉시스
His story follows a schoolgirl named Akari Tokimiya and the fantastical adventure which occurs when she visits the memorial service of her grandfather Kenzo, a master special effects man. She has unhappy memories of the old man and his passion projects, the last of which he died during the making of. At the memorial service, she meets classmate Takuya, a tokusatsu superfan, and a strange person named Hozumi, the star of the movie Kenzo was making when he died. Hozumi has with him a prop from the film, the titular “Brush of the God,” which transports Akari and Takuya into the world of the movie where they face fearsome Kaiju, including the legendary Yamata-no-orochi who is attempting to destroy everything. If they are to survive and get back to their homes, Akari and Takuya must find out the secret of the movie.
A movie specially created for the Circularama Theater, a 360-degree screen that was located at the Korakuen Amusement Park in Tokyo.
Featuring Booska and Chamegon, the 15-minutes film was comprised of stock footage from episodes of Ultraman and Ultraseven, and newly filmed material.
No copy is known to survive. A reconstructed video (with 10 little screens instead of one) was included as a bonus on some old Ultraman Laserdisc.

일본에 이상기후가 갑자기 닥쳐 1월인데도 불구하고 무더위가 이어지고 있었다. 지구뿐만 아니라 우주에서도 이상한 현상들이 일어나고 있었고, 어느 천문대에서는 이 현상을 규명하기 위해 UFO와 교신을 시도하나 이는 유성우로 밝혀진다. 천문학자들이 실망하는 사이에 지구로 여러 운석들이 떨어진다. 일본을 방문하려던 세르지나 공국(セルジナ公国)의 마아스 도오리나 사루노(マアス・ドオリナ・サルノ) 왕녀는 전용 비행기를 타고 오던 도중 누군가의 텔레파시를 받고 타고 있던 비행기에서 뛰어내린다. 그와 동시에 비행기는 갑자기 폭발한다. 한편 지구로 계속 떨어지던 유성 중에 하나가 쿠로베 댐 부근의 산 중 계곡에 떨어진다. 이곳으로 운석을 조사하기 위해 과학자들이 파견된다.
계속되는 전쟁과 환경 파괴, 핵의 발달은 지구 환경을 어지럽혀 잠들어있던 많은 괴수를 깨운다. 이에 지구방위군은 세계각지에서 특수한 신체능력을 가진 새로운 인간 "뮤턴트"를 주요전력으로 M이라는 기관을 조직하게 된다. 한편 지구에 온 외계인 X성인은 우호적인 자세였으나 점차 본색을 드러내어 잠들어있던 괴수들을 깨어내어 조종하기 시작하고, 지구방위군은 최대의 적이자 1954년 처음 그 모습을 나타낸 이후 수 차례 세계를 멸망에 빠뜨릴 뻔한 괴수의 왕 "고질라"를 부활시킨다. 50년 만에 남극 빙산 속에 결빙되어 있다 깨어난 고질라는 그 동안 쌓인 모든 것을 풀어버리겠다는 듯 무서운 기세로 수많은 괴수들을 해치워 나가기 시작하고 뮤턴트와 X성인의 대결, 그리고 고지라와 X성인에 의해 부활한 괴수들의 최후의 결전이 시작된다.
