Choke Canyon (1986)

젊고 유능한 일급 조종사 헤일 대위(크리스찬 슬레이터)와 그의 동료이자 절친한 선배인 디킨스 소령(존 트라볼타)은 핵 미사일이 탑재된 스텔스기를 조종하는 유능한 파일럿이다. 헤일과 디킨스는 여느때와 마찬가지로 훈련 비행의 이륙을 시작한다. 레이더에 걸리지도 않는 B-3 스텔스기가 100피트 저상공에 시속 800마일의 속도로 아리조나의 사막을 비행할 때, 갑자기 디킨스가 헤일에게 총을 겨눈다. 이어 저항하는 헤일을 스텔스기 밖으로 밀어낸 디킨스는 본부에 헤일이 미사일을 강탈했다고 보고 한다. 디킨스는 예정된 장소에 미사일 2기를 낙하산으로 떨어뜨린 후, 남미의 테러분자들과 결탁하여 미국의 주요 도시를 볼모로 거액의 돈과 그들의 요구 사항을 들어달라며 정부를 협박한다. 샘 로데스 중령(본디 커티스-홀)은 수색대를 파견하여 핵탄두를 찾으려 하지만 실패하는데...
