'리스트'의 인지도가 높아져 갈 무렵 부정부패 1위를 차지한 한 사업가의 살해 장면이 동영상 사이트에 퍼지게 되고 연이어 1위에 오른 또 다른 공직자가 살해된다. 살해된 장면은 있지만 시체는 발견할 수 없게 되면서 수사에 난항을 빚게 되고 결국 '리스트' 창시자인 코윈이 용의선상에 오르게 되면서 경찰과 권력층으로부터 생명의 위협을 받는다. 그러던 어느 날 코윈이 만든 사이트에 자신의 이름이 순위권 내에 진입하게 되어 서버와 기록 모두를 삭제하지만 누군가에 의해 복원되면서 그의 이름은 결국 1위에 오르게 되는데…
