교회로 보이는 곳에서 정보팔이를 만난 루팡은 어니스트 헤밍웨이의 원고의 단서에 반신반의하면서도 정보를 사들인 후 보물과 관련된 열쇠의 소유자인 독일의 귀족을 찾아간다. 하지만 무기 밀매상인 마르세스가 손을 써 귀족은 열쇠 빠진 시체가 되어버리고, 결국 루팡은 '지중해의 진주'라 불리는 코르카카 섬으로 가게 된다. 하지만 그곳은 카를로스의 정규군과 콘사노의 반란군이 내전을 벌이는 여행금지지역. 게다가 일이 꼬여 지겐 다이스케는 콘사노에게 고용되고, 이시카와 고에몽은 카를로스에게 고용되어 서로 팀킬전을 벌이는데…

자신에 대한 정보가 세계 경찰서에 쫙 깔리자 무기력해진 루팡은 매일매일 방탕한 나날을 보낸다. 한편 루팡을 잠깐 찾아왔던 지겐은 알고 지내던 노인이 비밀결사 프리메이슨에서 보낸 자객들에게 죽임을 당하고, 그 여파가 루팡 자신에게까지 미치자 노인의 유언이자 단서를 통해 슈퍼에그라 불리는 보석을 찾기 위해 자유의 여신상을 말 그대로 헬기로 훔쳐가는데…….

1985년 7월 13일 개봉한 루팡 3세의 세번째 극장판. 루팡 3세 Part III를 기준으로 한 유일한 극장판. 덕분에 루팡의 자켓은 분홍색. 오랜 옛날 메소포타미아 문명시절 바빌론의 황금성을 신이 가져가던 도중 놓쳐 지구에 다시 떨어지게 되었다. 그 황금성을 찾기위해 뉴욕의 마피아 그리고 루팡 일행은 서로를 견제해 가며 고군분투한다. 한편 로제타라는 할머니는 수천년전부터 지구에 남겨진 후 바빌론의 황금성을 찾아 왔지만 아직까지 찾지 못하고 있다. 로제타의 정체를 아는 이는 없으나 로제타는 루팡에게 자신의 정체를 말한다. 어느 날 맨하탄의 지하에서 바빌론의 황금성에 대한 실마리가 발견되어 마피아와 루팡이 경쟁을 벌이게 되나 결국 루팡이 바빌론의 황금성을 발견하게 된다. 이를 알아챈 로제타가 황금성을 우주로 가져가려 하지만 마침내 다시 지구에 떨어지게 되고 로제타는 우주로 떠난다.

Researcher Mutsugoro takes his family to a remote and uninhabited island near Hokkaido, to study the local population of wild bears. Nearby poachers make his life difficult, and he "inherits" an orphaned bear cub, whom the family call Donbe and raise as one of their own.

Bander is a 17-year-old boy from Earth who lives on a distant planet, which is populated by human shape-shifters who feed off of vegetables and animal tails. Violence soon breaks out, as invaders launch an attack on Bander's new planet. This was Japan's first 2-hour animated film for television. The program received high ratings when broadcast as part of a set of 24-hour TV programs called "Ai wa Chikyu wo Sukuu" on Nippon Television. After a long gap since his last animated film for television, this work fully reflects Osamu Tezuka's desire to achieve theatrical quality with this production.
