A contemporary historical film reflecting the drama of the profound social changes that the Serbian society underwent at the turn of this century. The story is delivered through an account of the development of the local ambulance service. Adhering to the spirit of modern neo-realism, this evolution is illustrated by three stories set in three different periods linked by mutually connected and conditioned characters; and there is also a dream of what it could be!

The story of the famous actor, Culibrk, middle-aged, who before the last day of shooting heard that he fatally ill. Having learned this, he decides to go on record, however, where it expects overall deal with the life that was marked by subordinating all personal career life. In addition to coping with all that he has not and will not come to life to do, and happens to be the scene of the senseless way, missing from the script. This situation, in which removal is sought is necessary and absurd film with a resolution of the single life, leading actor in a series of tragicomic situation. Culibrk, completely distraught, through himself and his life and finds a solution for one and other. Decides that, in the final scene of "fake" his death.
In attempt to find out who he is and where his roots lie, Alija Osmanović discovers something far deeper and more important. He slowly discovers an evil that follows him as his destiny regardless of what his ancestors were called. Trying to find the reasons for this evil, he finds himself in a vicious circle. Running away from an irrational fear within him, he eventually finds the road to his faith.
