저주의 주술로 인해 공사장에서 H빔에 머리가 박살나는 여자의 죽음으로 영화는 시작된다. 어두운 과거와 비밀을 간직한 신비로운 소녀 쿠로이 미사가 어떤 학교에 전학을 오게되는데... 그 학교를 중심으로 별모양의 장소들에서 사람이 죽는 사건이 발생한다. 학생과 레즈비언 씬을 연출하는 담임선생이라든지, 여학생들을 희롱하는 변태 선생, 마법이나 주술에 관심이 많은 왕따 녀석... 등등 학교의 분위기 심상치 않다. 사실 쿠로이 미사는 흑마법을 쓰는 악의 세력으로부터 학교를 보호하기 위해 전학을 온 것이었는데 영화속에 나오는 주술 역시 흑마법 계통으로 악마 소환 의식이나 부두교의 주술 인형 등이 나온다. 쿠로이 미사는 학교내 누군가가 저주의 주술을 걸고 있다고 느끼고 학교를 조사하던 중에 같은 반 아이들의 마법 의식에 동참하게 되고... 시험을 보던 어느날 쿠로이 반의 13명의 아이들이 저주 주술에 걸려 학교에 갇히게 된다. 급우들이 한 명씩 처참한 죽음을 맞이하며 칠판에 쓰여진 숫자가 지워지는 등... 학교에 누군가의 저주가 걸리게 된다. 하지만 어찌된 일인지 쿠로이 미사의 마법이 학교내에서 힘이 약해지고... 마지막에 드디어 악당의 정체가 드러나며, 악당은 자신의 목적인 루시퍼를 소환하는데...
