소위 ‘태양족 영화’의 붐 속에서 만들어진 영화로 어디로 튈지 모르는 10대 소년들의 이야기를 다루고 있다. 겐지, 다다, 밧타와 사부는 오토바이에 미친 아이들로서 남의 오토바이를 훔쳐서 위험한 경주를 벌인다. 이들은 미군기지 한 구석에 버려진 막사에 모이는데 이곳은 부모의 버림을 받은 아이들이 모여드는 아지트이다.
