From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia William Harold "Bobby" Connolly (July 4, 1897 - February 29, 1944) was an American director and choreographer for both film and the Broadway stage. Connolly received four Academy Awards nominations, all in the category of Best Dance Direction, for his work on the films Go Into Your Dance (1935), Broadway Hostess (1935), Cain and Mabel (1936), and Ready, Willing and Able (1937). Other film credits include dance director for The Wizard of Oz (1939) and For Me and My Gal (1942).

When his obsession threatens to lapse over into lunacy, Lance is sent to the hospital for a nice long rest. It isn't long before he gets mixed up in a genuine murder mystery, using his second-hand knowhow to solve the case. Up-and-coming Ann Sheridan is quite amusing as Lance's nurse and confidante, while the murderer is played by a fellow who is usually cast as the murder victim.
