경찰을 도와 해결사로 활약하는 앤디(유덕화 분)는 조수 찐빵(왕정 분)과 조카 빈빈을 데리고 그리스로 여행을 떠나 KGB에 쫓기는 친구, 심곤을 만나게 되는데. 홍콩으로 돌아온 빈빈은 가방 속에서 '말하는 비취'를 발견하고 신기해하며 서로 친구가 된다. KGB 요원, 카라프는 각종 무술에 능한 고수로서 보물(말하는 비취)을 뺏기 위해 홍콩에 나타나고, 국제경찰, 필립(막소총)과 신디도 보물의 행방을 쫓아 그리스에서 홍콩으로 온다. 한편, 심곤의 여동생, 운니(장민 분)와 그의 애인, 형님(진백상 분)도 사건에 휘말려 웃지 못할 촌극이 많이 벌어진다. 카라프는 형사 반장(석견 분)을 살해해 앤디에게 누명을 씌우고 빈빈을 납치해 비취의 비밀을 캐려하는데, 위기에서 벗어난 빈빈은 비취의 부탁으로 혼자서 다시 그리스로 날아간다. 알고 보니, 비취는 2천년 전 외계인이 남긴 우주선의 에너지원으로 밝혀진다. 카라프와 앤디 등은 외계인의 우주선이 숨겨져 있는 그리스 외딴섬, 어느 신비한 동굴 속에서 또다시 보물을 두고 치열한 접전을 벌이는데...

The story follows a "loveable" rascal as he gambles and gets into various bits of trouble with outlaws and rebels. He eventually gets into a situation where he has to impersonate the eunuch servant of an elderly eunuch who is an evil martial art master. This gets the rascal involved with the emperor who is studying martial arts. The whole movie revolves around a quest for all the copies of a special Buddhist text.

A martial arts master, Tseng Tien-Tu, is employed by master criminal Lung Tung Chien to transport a valuable jade horse. Yuen gradually falls in love with the lead actress Mui Law-heung. Ting is unsettled to learn that County Chief Fong covets Mui. He sneaks into Fong's residence and is astounded by the sight of his old lover Pak Kuen, now Fong's wife. Fong colludes with the military chief in conducting vicious schemes. With Kuen's help, Yuen is able to get the intelligence. But as Heung is not an insider, she reports to the Governor about the illicit relationship between Yuen and Kuen. Kuen backs Yuen to eliminate the conspirators and bring about the union of Yuen and Heung.
