Usagi has come to the airport to see Mamoru off as he heads to the US to study abroad, but someone shatters Mamoru's body to pieces. In shock, Usagi loses her memory and collapses, but a member of the super idol group the Three Lights is there to catch her. That day, the Three Lights were to star in a music festival. Usagi and friends were planning to perform as well, but a new enemy arrives. Calling themselves "Shadow Galactica," these enemies are Sailor Guardians aiming to steal Sailor Crystals! At the same time, a mysterious young girl named Chibi Chibi and new Sailor Guardians, the Sailor Starlights, also appear, and a battle on an unprecedented scale begins. Sailor Guardians vs. Sailor Guardians! Fittingly the Sailor Moon "final battle" has the future of the galaxy at stake and it starts now!!

Bunny T., an ordinary girl, is chosen to become a superhero named Sailor Moon. She is tasked with saving the world from the evil Queen Beryl of the Dark Kingdom, who is plotting to destroy the planet Earth. The story is based on a Japanese anime and manga Sailor Moon.

In Act Zero was a single episode of Pretty Guardian Moon, which told how Minako Aino and Artemis first became a team, and about their first mission to protect Usagi Tsukino from a group of eccentric jewel thieves.

A sequel to the series, set four years later, that portrays the wedding of Mamoru and Usagi. Before their nuptials they must do battle with Mio Kuroki who has been resurrected and claims to be the new queen of the Dark Kingdom. She kidnaps Mamoru and Usagi and intends to force Mamoru to marry her. However, the Shitennou are revived and help their master to defeat Mio's youma, Sword and Shield. Meanwhile, the Sailor Senshi, minus Sailor Mars who is hospitalized with injuries from battling Mio while in her civilian state, use the Moon Sword provided by Queen Serenity to restore their power, enabling them to transform and face Mio.

감독은 이가라시 타쿠야. 각본 야마구치 료타. 미즈노 아미의 인기가 엄청나게 높아지게 되자 아예 아미를 주인공으로 만들었다. 원작 코믹스의 외전 단편 '입시전쟁편 : 아미의 첫사랑'에 근거해 있다. 아미를 제치고 모의고사에서 1등을 한 '메르쿠리우스'라는 자의 정체를 찾아 나서는 이야기이다. 작화감독 시모기사 미호에 원화 나카야마 히사시, 야마시타 타카아키, 야마시타 아키히코, 호소다 마모루 라는 쟁쟁한 라인업을 자랑한다. 특히 호소다 마모루가 애니메이터로 참여한 작품으로도 유명하다. 그 이전에도 참여했지만 스태프롤까지 이름이 올라간 건 이 작품이 최초이다.

전세계에서 아이들이 실종되는 사건이 발생한다. 범인은 아이들의 꿈의 힘을 흡수하여 블랙홀을 만들려고 하는 ‘바디안느’ 일당이었다. 일당 중 한 명인 ‘페를’은 이에 반박을 하고 형제들에게 쫓기게 된다. 도주를 하는 중 페를은 치비우사를 알게 된다.

고양이 ‘루나’는 교통사고를 당할 뻔한 자신을 구해준 청년에게 사랑에 빠진다. 어느 날 그 청년은 해변에서 수수께끼의 수정을 줍게 되는데, 그 수정의 정체는 45억년만에 지구에 접근한 혜성 ‘스노우 가구야’ 본체의 일부였다. 수정을 주운 이후로 청년의 지병이 점점 악화되는데…
