Sami and Dora are husband and wife, they have an age-gap marriage filled with compromises. Robert is a young writer passing through a difficult time in his life. He decides to return home into his native village for the first time since his mother passed away three years ago. In more than 10 years, he paid only few visits to his parents and this fact is reflected by the distant relationship Robert has with his father. As it happens, he meets two former classmates: Petrica - his old best friend, now married with children and Paula- his teenage sweetheart. She is divorced after an unhappy marriage and is now working at a local store. She doesn’t seem to be engaged in a relationship…

Wonderfully surreal, painfully real, this is the story of children, adults and animals who live together trying to have a better life, but sometimes death comes unexpectedly. The lives of three characters surrounded by a bunch of extraordinary, funny, absurd but quite realistic events. It is all about us, people who eat the animals that they love and the animals that love people unconditionally.

Alex, in his mid-thirties, is a quite neurotic character. When his mother is hospitalized with a stroke, the caring son's life gets out of track. At the hospital he finds himself in a burlesque kind of human zoo full of unexpected characters and surprising events. Trying to manage the situation in between everybody's advice, he's coming hypochondriac. While his mother seems to feel perfectly fine Alex is making his own set of mistakes - throughout with best intentions.

Stefan is a young manager in a big advertising agency, happily married and having a young daughter. He suddenly falls in love with a woman he sees on the street, at a light stop. His life changes completely as he is desperately trying to find the woman of his dreams. —Cristina Oprescu

독일의 유대인 학살에 침묵한 ‘교황청’ 위선에 가득찬 기득권을 고발한 두 남자. 나치제도 그리고 바티칸과 연합군들의 외교. 이 두 가지 시스템 안에서 투쟁하는 두 남자가 있다. 컬츠 게르스타인은 유태인 집단 처형장의 책임자이지만 그는 가족의 목숨을 걸고 이런 학살을 연합군과 교황 그리고 독일 시민에게 알려주려 애를 쓴다. 그리고 사제 리카르도는 자기 목숨을 걸고 나치제도에 반항한 모든 교회인을 대표한다. 이 영화에서는 알면서도 모르는 척 하던 교황청을 비롯한 모든 권력의 중심부에서 자신의 안위만을 염려하던 기득권 세력들의 위선과 허식 감추어진 양심을 지닌 사람들의 냉담함을 재판한다.

The topic of the film points out the condition of an intellectual in time of totalitarian dictatorship, which subjugated an island from where you can not run. The only alternative is collaborating with power and internment in a rehabilitation institute. A famous writer returns to his homeland to try to confront the terror of an oppressive regime, but he ends up being himself corrupted-thanks to the aberrant system.

At the end of XIX century, Romania, A boyar tries to send a trunk full of jewels to his daughter abroad. Only that the trunk doesn't make the trip, so the daughter comes in the country to recover it, enlisting the help of some outlaws.

Laura, a very talented 11 year old violin player, is mentored by her teacher.

The story of an impossible love: doctor Emil Codrescu is reunited 20 years later with Adela, the one he had only known as a young girl. The two fall in love, but circumstances and hesitation prevent them from getting closer.
