Chinese skit and sitcom actor and writer. He is also less successful as a TV series and movie producer and director. Born in Harbin, he joined the People's Liberation Army (PLA) when he was only 13. He studied philosophy at Liaoning University and performance at the People's Liberation Army Academy of Art. Huang was a regular sketch comedy performer on the CCTV New Year's Gala, appearing on the show almost uninterruptedly for over two decades between 1989 and 2012, during which he became a household name in China. Some of his skits including Anti-family plan Guerrilla, Poker. The director and the leading actor of films A Father With His 25 Children (2001)[2] and Sunny Courtyard (2007). He became the head of the August First Film Studio in 2012. In March 2015 he was removed from the position of unknown reasons, though the media speculated about his involvement in corruption. He has been linked by Chinese-language media to disgraced general Xu Caihou. However, later his return to the stage indicate that all accusations were false.

The film is adapted according to the true deeds of the "King of the Northwest". China's northwest Tianshan forest, ranger Zhu Guangsheng (Huang Hong ornaments) domesticated brave husk to prevent stealing wood poaching, for this dumping family property, maintenance difficulties. A wandering puppy (Harley ornaments) inadvertently walked into the old Zhu's life, Lao Zhu named it "blue wave", and began to train it to become a forest dog. Shubei town, southeast China, the present day. Five years after he fled with RMB 800,000 from a bank robbery, Liu Chuan returns incognito to the town. Policeman Wang Laoshi, who was on duty at the time of the robbery and was demoted for letting Liu escape, is working in the same district police station to which he was transferred after the robbery and still keeps an eye on Liu. By chance, Liu stays in some small lodgings in Wang's district where Qin Xiaosong, a psychology graduate who's run away from her domineering parents, is staying. Next day, Wang spots Liu in the street and gives chase, finally handcuffing him in a deserted warehouse. At that moment, the town is devastated by an earthquake and the building collapses. Wang is knocked unconscious and Liu steals his uniform. After rescuing Qin, Liu finds himself roped into saving other townspeople and becomes a hero in the locals' eyes. Meanwhile, Wang recovers and sets out to hunt down Liu.
