Chuck Wentworth

In the sixth film in the series, in February 1916, high school student Indy's plan of taking his girlfriend Nancy is sidetracked when a mysterious break-in, the theft of an electric motor, and rumors of German spies result in a mystery that only young Indy and Nancy can unravel. Indy and his father then head to the southwest to visit family in Albuquerque, where Junior is taken captive by Pancho Villa and his riders.

A young cop, haunted by the murder of his entire family years earlier, is recruited by a shadowy organization to hunt down criminals who are beyond the reach of the law.

1938년 로스엔젤레스. 경비행기 조종사인 클리프 씨코드(빌 캠벨 분)는 부적처럼 꼬리 날개에 껌을 붙이고 아름다운 애인 제니 블레이크(제니퍼 코넬리 분)의 사진을 보면서 첫 곡예 시험 비행에 들어간다. 멋진 비행 솜씨를 보이던 클리프는 곧 FBI에 쫓겨 충격전이 벌어지는 곳에 휘말려 비행기 고장으로 추락, 엔지니어인 피비(알란 아킨 분)와 3년간 준비한 전국대회의 우승은 물거품처럼 사라진다. 범인 데니는 죽고 부상당한 나머지 한 명인 윌머(맥스 그로덴킥 분)를 잡은 FBI는 폭발된 자동차에서 자신들이 찾던 '사이러스 X-3 로켓' 모양의 파괴된 물체를 발견하여 로켓은 폭발되었다고 로켓 제작자인 하워드 휴즈에게 보고 한다. 그런데 클리프와 피비는 FBI에 쫓기던 범인들이 비행기 격납고의 낡은 비행기 안에 숨긴 로켓 장비를 발견한다. 이상하게 생긴 그 기계의 스위치를 켜자 놀라운 속도로 날아오른다.

코리의 아버지 샘은 의붓 어머니 크리스틴과 이혼했고 형 닉은 반항아이며 코리에겐 관심도 없다. 배다른 동생 지미는 자폐증상이 있는 소년으로 사실상 대화가 없다. 그래서 코리는 늘 외롭다. 샘과 닉에 화가난 코리는 우연히 지미가 전자오락 게임에 천재적 소질이 있음을 알게되고, 전미 비디오 게임 경연대회에 그를 출전시키기 위해 LA로 향하는데... 두 소년은 도중에 만난 예쁘고 당찬 할리와 함께 가출한 어린이들을 잡아 상금을 타내는 사람들에게 쫓기며 삭막한 현실과 직면하게 된다. 한편, 샘은 닉의 설득으로 가족들을 위하여 닉과 함께 아이들을 찾아나서게 되는데...

Starting with the invention of the bicycle, going on to sports cars, cars with jet engines, rocket-powered cars, attempts to break the sound barrier, and rocket-engine airplanes. Each achievement is documented by title card indicating the speed reached in miles per hour.
