Story
God appears before 11-year-old Tracy Richards to ask for her help to spread his word and influence over the world which she suggests the slogan 'Think God.' Naturaly, Tracy's divorced parents think Tracy's crazy, and plot to halt her 'heaven-sent' mission to spread God's word.

A sequel to "A Circle of Children" (1977). A teacher of "emotionally disturbed" children takes on a new student who is considered to be "untrainable" by public school authorities, psychiatrists, and medical doctors. Even the child's own mother, who is very loving, does not have the tools to reach her "hopeless" child. This is the further story of a teacher who understood what it was like to be eight years old and hurt and angry and confused; a teacher who saw these children for who they were, rather than who they seemed to be.

해리(Harry: 아트 카니 분)는 부인과 함께 평생을 살던 자신의 조그만 아파트가 주차장 공사 때문에 철거되자 자신의 고양이 톤토를 데리고 로스앤젤레스를 향해 길고 긴 여정에 오른다. 여행 중 그는 마음이 맞는 젊은 여인(Ginger: 멜라니 마이 론 분)을 만나기도 하고, 오랫동안 만나지 못했던 장성한 자녀들(Burt: 필 번즈 분 / Shirley: 엘렌 버스틴 분 / Eddie: 래리 해그먼 분)을 방문하기도 한다. 그러나 자식들은 아버지에게 실망만을 안겨주고 옛 애인(Jessie: 제랄딘 피츠제랄 드 분)마저 망령이 들었다는 것을 알게 된다. 여러 가지 우여곡절을 겪은 끝에 LA에 도착할 즈음 해리는 여행 중에 있었던 사건들 때문에 우울해지지만, 결국 우리가 맞는 하루하루는 끝이 아니라 시작이라는 것을 깨닫는다.
