The Specimen
Vomiting Man
Based on actual events, The Specimen is a comedic short film about a would-be father, a public restroom, and his intimate moment with a specimen cup. In this less than ideal backdrop, he has to battle his performance anxiety, overcome interruptions, and decide how far he’s truly willing to go to become a dad. This is going to be awkward.
Glazed
Key Grip
Glazed, delves into the psyche of a listless veteran trapped in the past, yet fighting to live in the present. Through haunting images of war and love, we see the torment a soldier puts himself through as he tries to find a reason to go on.
Inheritance
Grip
In an impassioned message from the grave, one concentration camp Liberator forces us to remember the horror humanity is capable of. Utilizing actual photos from the Buchenwald concentration camp, and a soulful performance by Harrison Young, Inheritance is a gut-wrenching experience that not only informs, but puts the burden of defending humanity squarely on the viewer.
Hard Ticket to Hawaii
Shades
A Molokai-based civilian pilot and an undercover DEA agent intercept a delivery of diamonds intended for druglord Seth Romero. Seth, his henchmen, and other island undesirables launch a full-scale assault on the duo. If they're going to survive, they'll need the help of agent Rowdy Abilene and his partner/kickboxing expert Jade.
Smithy
Harold Kingsford Smith
An Australian biopic about the life of pioneering aviator Charles "Smithy" Kingsford-Smith. The film is unusually frank about the controversies that occasionally dogged him. PG Taylor and Billy Hughes both make appearances playing themselves.
