전쟁이 발발하자 미군 장교의 부인 재클린 비셋은 이영후를 운전기사로 삼아 당시에는 엄청 귀한 물건인 승용차를 타고 피난을 간다. 그러다 폭격 맞아서 이영후가 전사하고 이제는 재클린 비셋이 직접 운전해서 피난을 간다. 도중 한강 철교를 건너는데, 거기서 만난 웬 노인의 부탁에 의해 어린이들을 승용차에 태우고 간다. 그리고 전쟁은 점점 악화되고 맥아더(로런스 올리비에)는 전전긍긍하다가 신에게 기도를 올린다. 신은 인천을 공략하라는 해법을 제시했고, 맥아더는 그러한 신의 계시에 따라 인천을 공략한다. 인천 공략에 성공하자 맥아더는 이승만과 껴안고 환호한다.

Myron Breckinridge flies to Europe to get a sex-change operation and is transformed into the beautiful Myra. She travels to Hollywood, meets up with her rich Uncle Buck and, claiming to be Myron's widow, demands money. Instead, Buck gives Myra a job in his acting school.
