각기 다른 삶을 살아온 3명의 여자들이 희망을 찾기 위해 빌라 벨라로 떠나 간병인으로 일하게 된다. 요양원에 있던 노인들은 여자들이 그들을 죽이려는 사람들이라고 오해를 하게 되고 이들을 쫓아내기 위해 고군분투한다. 하지만 간병인이라기엔 너무 예쁜 그녀들의 유혹을 떨치기란 쉽지 않다. 설상가상으로 빌라 벨라는 팔려 넘어갈 위기에 처하게 되고 이를 구하기 위한 그녀들의 노력이 시작된다.
