이번엔 마법이다! “팅가링가 부~!” 호비와 친구들은 봄의 요정 퐁퐁이의 친구들을 찾기 위해 함께 매직 아일랜드로 모험을 떠난다. 한편 매직 아일랜드에서는 봄이 오지 않아, 호비는 봄을 되찾으려는 마법소녀 아우라를 돕기로 결심한다. 설상가상 마법의 힘을 노리던 악동 삼형제에게 봄을 부르는 꽃의 지팡이까지 빼앗기게 되는데… 과연 호비와 친구들은 악동 삼형제로부터 꽃의 지팡이를 되찾고 봄을 부를 수 있을까?

아기 고래 ‘쿠우’의 잃어버린 엄마를 찾아주세요! 어느 날, 쓰러져 있는 아기 고래 발견한 호비와 친구들. 한쪽 지느러미가 다쳐서 헤엄을 칠 수 없는 아기 고래 쿠우는 엄마까지 잃어버려 매일 울고만 있어요. 엄마 고래를 찾지 못하면 수족관에 갇히게 되는 아기 고래를 데리고 호비와 냥이는 친구들 몰래 바다로 떠나지만, 커다란 파도를 만나 이상한 섬으로 떠내려 가게 돼요. 그곳에서 우연히 만난 거북이 할아버지의 도움으로 다시 쿠우의 엄마 고래를 찾아 떠나게 된 호비와 친구들은 바다 속에서 신비한 생물들을 만나 즐거운 탐험을 하던 중, 무시무시한 도깨비 게를 만나게 되는데... 과연 아기 고래 쿠우는 엄마 고래를 다시 만나고, 호비와 친구들도 다시 집으로 돌아와 사랑하는 가족들과 만날 수 있을까요?

어느 날, 챌린지섬의 꽃들이 갑자기 시들기 시작했어요! 호비와 아빠가 소중하게 기르던 화단의 꽃들도 시들어버리고, 꽃집을 하고 있는 베니네 가게도 임시휴업을 하게 되었답니다. 마을 사람들 모두 시든 꽃처럼 생기를 잃어버렸어요. 그러던 어느 날, 호비와 친구들 앞에 나타난 꽃의 공주 '후후', '후후'는 꽃이 시든 사건에 대해 뭔가를 알고 있는 것 같은데... 후후와 함께 호비, 베니, 페로, 냥이는 힘을 모아 시든 꽃들을 구할 수 있을까요?

뒤죽박죽이 되어버린 방학숙제! 전쟁에 휘말린 소중한 친구를 구출해라! 여름방학이 끝나고 학교에 등교한 닌자보이들. 란타로, 기마루, 신베가 1학년 교실에 들어가니 교실에서는 큰 소동이 벌어지고 있었는데, 바로 키산타가 오지않은 것. 거기다가 하필 실수로 1학년부터 6학년까지의 방학숙제가 모두 뒤죽박죽 섞여버려 6학년 방학숙제가 키산타에게 배정이 되어버린 상황. 숙제의 내용은 “땅거미성 성주의 속옷을 가져와라!” 한편 땅거미성은 해질녘성과 한창 전쟁을 벌이고 있고 교장선생님의 호령으로 친구를 구하기 위해 닌자학교 학생들이 전원 출동하여 구출작전을 벌이게 되는데...

2002년, 세월이 흐르며 특차 2과의 말썽꾼들도 이리저리 흩어져 나가고, 고토와 시노부 등만 남아서 2과를 지키고 있었다. 바빌론 프로젝트도 거의 마무리를 향해 달려가는 시점에서 레이버 범죄도 많이 감소해 그럭저럭 평온하고 무난한 일상이 이어지던 중, 정체불명의 전투기가 미사일로 요코하마 베이 브릿지를 파괴하는 사건이 터진다. 사건 당시 촬영되었다는 영상에서 문제의 전투기가 자위대가 운용하는 F-16J임이 방송에서 공개되지만 자위대는 이 사실을 부정한다. 이어 벌어진 가짜 도쿄 공습 사고로 경찰청이 자위대를 압박하면서 두 조직이 점점 첨예하게 대립하게 되고, 정부가 자위대의 손을 들어주어 자위대가 치안 유지를 위해 기계화 부대를 이끌고 도쿄에 들어오는 등 정국은 엉망이 된다. 사건을 한 걸음씩 조사해나가던 고토와 시노부는 '츠게 유키히토'란 남자가 그 배후에 있음을 알게 되는데...

Based on Akagawa Jirou's popular book series about hapless detective Katayama Yoshitaro who lives with his sister Harumi and their cat Holmes, which has a sixth sense when it comes to solve mysteries. In this stand alone OVA the aftershow party of Harumi's acting troupe becomes the showplace of murder and tragedy. Luckily Yoshitaro brought Holmes along.
