A TV reporter investigates an organization that is dedicated to the traffic of human organs. The investigation will lead her to a waste disposal company where she will be tortured to death.

2대의 거인이 난동을 부린다는 이야기를 들은 아바레인저. 출동하여 확인하니, 두 거인은 허리케인저의 로봇인 선풍신과 굉뢰신이었다. 에볼리언과 손을 잡은 자칸자의 생존자 프라비 죠와 웬디누가 로봇을 빼앗았기 때문이다. 어렵게 두 로봇을 격퇴한 아바레인저. 하지만 프라비 죠와 웬디누가 사닌 이가의 봉인을 풀어버리고 만다. 이가와 아바레인저의 싸움에 뒤늦게 허리케인저가 참가하며 싸움은 더욱 거세진다.
