Baker, a selfish, bombastic, punch her boss in the face type, is about to be kicked out of her dad’s house if she can't pay rent. So she does what any normal person would do, she decides to rob her molly dealer. But when her anime obsessed step-brother sneaks along for the ride... things get complicated.

On Halloween, an all girl rock-n-roll band called “Kill Pussy Kill” ventures out to play their biggest show to date. However, before hitting the road they manage to unwittingly upset a man. Unfortunately, this man turns out to be an evil genius dead set on revenge. The evil genius manages to lure the girls into his Hell House and when they wake up from being gassed, they find themselves trapped inside an inescapable room filled with a vicious variety of devices that can kill them as well as a variety of weapons that can be used on each other. The rules are simple: advance through all three rooms and you are allowed to go free. The catch is, in order to make it to the next room, someone must die!

마칭밴드의 지역대회가 열리는 날, 조이는 실수로 학장님이 건네준 카메라를 켜놓게 된다. 그 바람에 라커룸에서 옷을 갈아입던 조이와 앨리스의 벗은 모습이 대회장에 설치된 대형화면으로 생중계된다. 이 사건으로 지역대회에서 우승하지 못했음에도 밴드는 마이애미에서 개최될 전국대회에 초청을 받는다. 조이를 비롯한 4명의 멤버는 악기를 실은 미니버스를 타고 플로리다로 향한다. 그러던 중 목적지를 얼마 안 남기고 조이가 버스에 가솔린을 주유하는 바람에 차가 고장 난다. 멤버들은 그곳에서 악기를 싣고 전국대회장으로 갈 방법을 궁리한다. 때마침 그곳에는 봄방학 기간이라 여러 행사가 벌어지고, 밴드 멤버들은 여러 대회에 참가해 버스 빌릴 돈을 구하기로 한다. 그러나 ‘젤로 레슬링’, ‘젖은 티셔츠 콘테스트’ 등에 참가해 악전고투해도 조이의 실수로 번번이 사고만 치고 만다. 결국 봄방학 행사를 금지하려는 콘스탄스만 도와주게 되고 모든 게 실패로 끝나자, 조이는 죄책감에 아끼던 할머니의 유품을 팔아 돈을 마련한다. 다른 친구들과 조이는 버스를 빌릴 나머지 돈을 벌기 위해 동네 술집에서 벌어지는 로데오 게임에 참가한다. 모든 학생들은 실패하지만 이를 악물며 버틴 조이는 30초를 넘기며 우승한다. 그러나 게임 도중 가슴을 드러내는 바람에 공공장소 노출 죄로 경찰에 잡혀간다. 마침 그들을 돕기 위해 달려온 코치와 시내에서 그를 도와준 인연으로 연인이 된 콘스탄스가 경찰서에 찾아온다. 벌금을 내고 풀려난 조이와 친구들, 그리고 코치는 함께 전국대회가 열리는 마이애미로 향하지만 때마침 유례없는 폭풍우가 몰아친다. 우승을 향한 집념으로 폭우를 뚫고 대회장에 도착하지만, 거대 허리케인이 휩쓸고 간 대회장은 허허벌판일 뿐이다. 사상 유례없는 폭풍우로 뚫고 대회에 참가한 팀은 오직 조이의 밴드뿐. 결국 경기 규정에 따라 조이가 속한 밴드가 전국대회 우승 트로피를 거머쥐게 된다.
