서기 2114년, 100년 전에 수전전대 쿄류저에 의해 쓰러진 데보스 군이 부활했다. 과거 데보스 군의 일원이었던 캔드릴라와 그 부하 라큘로는 데보스 군의 부활을 감지하고 새로운 수전전대 결성을 생각하지만, 캔드릴라의 적당한 성격이 화근이 되어 100년 전 쿄류저의 후손으로 보이는 인물 6명의 사상 최약체 브레이브 팀이 탄생하고 만 것이었다.

Fourth film from "Toei Hero Next" series featuring actors playing heroes of Toei tokusatsu series. This time, six cast of super sentai series "Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger" star in a comedy film, "Oretachi Shokin Kasegi Dan." Directed by Koichi Sakamoto ("Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger").

Both TyrannoRanger and AbaRed are attacking the Kyoryugers because of mind control by Space War God Boldos. Boldos uses the feelings of revenge from enemies defeated by heroes who uses the power of dinosaurs, creating Neo-Grifforzer and Neo-Geildon, clones of past enemies as well as Enter and Escape,enemies of the Go-Busters. Villains spanning generations are united into a single evil force. The Kyoryugers, who are fighting an unseen evil, meet with the Go-Busters, and the "Greatest Trap ever seen on Earth" is sprung. What rises up against the true dinosaurs, and the death of your best friends? Now, the Kyoryugers must try and use the "True Brave".

'깨어나라. 전설의 수전룡이여!' 슈퍼 아이돌인 미코 즉, 아마노 미코토의 콘서트 장에 조리 마들이 나타났다. 거기에 달려온 쿄류저. 그 곳에서 만난 다이고와 미코토는 한때 프랑스에서 만나 서로 알고 있었던 사이. 일단 적을 물리 친 다이고들이지만, 재회를 기뻐할 틈도 없이 영맹(獰猛)의 전기 데스류저(恐龍邪) 통칭 "D"의 출현으로 미코토가 끌려가 버린다. D의 목적은 수전룡 0호 '토바스피노'을 손에 넣는 것. 미코토의 "노래"에 감춰진 수수께끼가 수전룡 부활의 열쇠다!

「가면라이더」와「슈퍼전대」 시리즈가 공동 출연한 「가면라이더×슈퍼전대 슈퍼 히어로 대전」(2012)에 이은 「슈퍼 히어로 대전」시리즈 제 2탄으로, 새롭게 「우주형사 갸반」외 메탈 히어로 시리즈의 우주형사도 참전. 일찍이 비밀결사 쇼커가, 마법의 힘으로 스페이스 쇼커로서 새로 태어났다. 우주 전역에서 마법의 폭주 현상이 발생해, 소우마 하루토=가면라이더 위저드는, 그 현상을 일으킨 장본인으로서 은하 연방 경찰로부터 파견된 쥬몬지 게키=우주 형사 갸반의 공격을 받는다. 또, 스페이스 쇼커를 추적하던 게키는, 우주 형사 샤리반이 넘어뜨렸을 범죄 조직 마도와 조우. 은하 연방경찰은 초차원포를 사용해 지구마다 마도와 스페이스 쇼커를 소멸시키려 하는데....

The Gokaigers were captured by the Zangyack remnants after departing to the Zangyack homeworld to destroy the empire once and for all. The Gokaigers, now working for the newly reformed Zangyack empire, return to Earth with a black Gokai Galleon and attack the Go-Busters in search of five phantom Ranger Keys which will unlock the "Greatest Power in the Universe". During the fight with the Gokaigers, the Go-Busters are able capture Navi, who tells them that the Zangyack are also working with Vaglass and that they must go back in time to save the other members of the Super Sentai Teams and defeat the alliance of Zangyack and Vaglass.
