First-grader Masaya is a crybaby despite his large stature, so he can't walk by himself on the dark path to school. The one who holds his hand is Akiyo, a tiny but capable second-grader. Masaya wants to be strong like Akiyo and admires her, but one day, something happens that leaves Akiyo in tears. To lift Akiyo's spirits, Masaya goes trekking to the distant Ipponsugi forest to find the spotted bellflowers that Akiyo loves.

삼바 리듬을 좋아하는 가짜 인간들이 나타나 진짜를 납치해버리고 자신들이 진짜인 것처럼 행동하기 시작한다. 온 마을이 점령당하고 짱구네 가족들과 친구들만이 비밀조직원 제클린의 도움으로 겨우 살아 남은 가운데, 제클린은 '아미고'라는 바이오테크놀로지계의 세계적 거물이 배후에 있다는 것을 알려준다. 이제 짱구네 가족들과 친구들은 점점 포위망을 좁혀오는 가짜 괴물들에 맞서 싸워야만 하는데...

친구들과의 약속을 지키기 위해 우여곡절 끝에 공룡알 화석을 찾아낸 진구. 타임보자기를 이용해 부화를 성공시킨 진구는 공룡에게 `피스케`라는 이름을 지어주고 몰래 키우지만 거대하게 커져버린 `피스케`를 공룡의 시대로 다시 돌려보내기로 결심한다. 타임머신을 타고 1억년 전 백악기로 돌아간 도라에몽과 친구들. 하지만 피스케를 노리는 검은 마스크맨의 방해로 다시 돌아오지 못할 위기 상황에 처하는데...

평범한 열 살 짜리 소녀 치히로 식구는 이사 가던 중 길을 잘못 들어 낡은 터널을 지나가게 된다. 터널 저편엔 폐허가 된 놀이공원이 있었고 그곳엔 이상한 기운이 흘렀다. 인기척 하나 없는 이 마을의 낯선 분위기에 불길한 기운을 느낀 치히로는 부모님에게 돌아가자고 조르지만 부모님은 호기심에 들떠 마을 곳곳을 돌아다니기 시작한다. 어느 음식점에 도착한 치히로의 부모님은 그 곳에 차려진 음식들을 보고 즐거워하며 허겁지겁 먹어대다가 돼지로 변해버린다. 겁에 질려 당황하는 치히로에게 낯선 소년 하쿠가 나타나 빨리 이곳을 나가라고 소리치는데...
