일본의 어느 마을에서는 예전부터 구세주가 악으로부터 마을 사람들을 구원해준다는 전설이 있다. 어느 날 Anne이라는 마음씨 착한 소녀는 마을의 사람들에게 두려움의 대상인 악명 높은 Crazy Dogs라고 불려지는 악당들에 의하여 괴롭힘을 당하게 된다. 위기의 순간 액션슈트를 입은 아름다운 여성은 악당들로부터 Anne을 구해내고 악당들로부터 소녀를 구한 불가사의한 아름다운 여인은 초인적인 힘을 지닌 '아이언 걸'이라고 불려진다. '아이언 걸'은 자신의 과거를 기억 못하고 자신이 누구인지를 찾기 위해 여행 중이다. '아이언 걸'은 Anne을 데리고 무사히 마을로 귀환하지만 마을 사람들은 언제 닥칠지 모르는 Crazy Dogs의 복수에 두려워한다. 그들은 악당들로부터 유일하게 구해줄 수 있는 사람은 '아이언 걸'이라 믿고 '아이언 걸'이 그들이 믿고 있는 전설 속의 구세주라 확신하게 된다. 모든 마을 사람들의 간곡한 설득으로 '아이언 걸'은 마을에 남게 되고 젊은 사람들을 포함한 마을 전체 사람들에게 무술을 가르치고 그들 자신을 Crazy Dogs로부터 지켜내기 위한 전투를 시작한다.

Tsuruoka Itto, unmarried at 32 years old, just started a job as the janitor at an all-girls' high school, where he's found the girl he's sure he's going to marry, Asahimura Sayaka. When he hears a scream out behind the school one day, he finds Sayaka-chan fretting about a frog inside her clothes, a problem compounded by her frog allergy which soon causes her to faint. Neither the teacher on the scene nor Sayaka's friend will touch the exotic-looking pink frog for fear of poison, which leaves Itto to put his body on the line to save Sayaka-chan. When he finally manages to fish out the frog, it's latched onto a cut on his finger and sucking his blood. Itto in turn soon faints from blood loss, and when he wakes up, he's going to find himself a whole new man...

At a Japanese school, a desperate student council struggles with a recurring problem. The aggressive and relentless members of the Yagyu biker gang stop by the school each semester to beat up the kids, steal their lunch money and vandalize their belongings. The kids want to fight back but realize they're too weak and undermanned against the bikers, and so they hire a handful of tough gals to train and defend them.
