Pat Metheny took his 1992 album Secret Story on a concert tour, and a video recording of a live performance at New Brunswick, New Jersey, was issued. This film, also called Secret Story, was re-released on DVD in 2001.

아름다운 소녀 데이지(Daisy: 클레어 데인즈 분)는 어느날 학교 수업시간에 나치의 유태인 학살 장면을 보고 크게 충격을 받는다. 그날 데이지는 자신의 외할머니를 만나러가 외할머니도 유태인이었고 수용소에 갇혔던 이야기와 할머니의 첫사랑에 대한 이야기를 듣게 된다. 한편 외할머니댁 서재에서 우연히 밖을 내다보다 멋진 남학생을 알게 되어 사랑에 빠지지만 그가 몸을 요구할때 응락하지 못한다. 아직 준비가 안 되었다는 이유로. 그래서 그녀는 사랑과 순결사이에서 방황하고 그러던 어느날. 학교에간 데이지는 자신의 캐비넷을 여는 순간 문에 붙어 있는 어린 유태인이 학살된 사진을 보고 충격을 받는다. 사랑의 몸살과 나치의 유태인 학살과 악몽으로부터 데이지는 점점 벗어나질 못한다. 그악몽은 데이지의 심리 상태를 점점 더 불안하게 만든다.

In this 1987 film from Italy's Perugia Jazz Festival, Sting joins jazz keyboardist Gil Evans for a once-in-a-lifetime performance.
