특수요원 제레미는 좁은 상자에 갇힌 채 자동차 트렁크에서 정신이 든다. 영문을 모르고 당황해 있던 그에게 ‘헨리’라는 남자가 무전으로 연락을 해오고 헨리 역시 똑같은 처지라는 것을 알게 된다. 이 둘은 계속해서 알 수 없는 적으로부터 위협을 느낀다. 그러던 중 엽서 한 장을 받게 되는데, 제레미에게 룰렛의 위치를 말하라는 내용이 적혀 있었다. 룰렛이란 국가 비상사태가 발생하면 대통령을 비롯한 수뇌부들이 피신하는 지하 벙커를 말하는 것인데…

Fed up, she enlists the help of her old friend, Tiny, to help her figure out what to do with Dale after his latest double-cross involving the theft of $100,000 from a bank.
