Joe finds that Kim has also been murdered by them and tries to help his sister and her man to beat the gang and perhaps find the gold.

After several people close to her are murdered, a young woman steps into action (accompanied by her father, who got throw over a cliff himself) to eliminate a group of ex-military who now operate a crime syndicate posing as a charity organization.

Ha Ki-Ryong, an executive of the Korean independence army, is killed by Taeaming, a spy of Japanese Special Investigation Bureau, and Ha's daughter, Ye-Sim, and Cheol are tracking Taeaming. Ye-Sim is taken as a hostage. Dong-Shik and Cheol falls is a trap by Hwang, an old boatman, then arrested. Taeaming joined Oosima's party near Ko-San, wrestling over a code book. When the Japanese army gathers to execute Ye-Sim and Cheol, the Korean independence army attacks them. Hwang is a commander of the Koran independence army. Finally, Taeaming is killed and Dong-Shik finds the code book.

수사를 진행하던 국제경찰 두명이 살해당하는 사건이 발생하자 본부에서는 바비김을 불러 홍콩으로 급파한다. 홍콩에서 이미 수사에 착수한 동료 파륭과 합세한 바비김은 애인 경희와도 만난다. 그러나 수사중에 정보가 누설되어 범인이 경희임을 의심하게 된다. 고민을 하던 바비김은 조직에서 물러나 알콜중독자가 된다. 그를 다시 공산주의자들이 이용하려고 하나 그가 조직에서 물러난 것은 모두 계획했던 것으로 공산주의자 두목이 파륭으로 밝혀진다. 이들은 모두 소탕되고 경희는 바비김과 이별하게 된다.

국제 경찰본부에서는 릭키란 사나이를 중심으로 한 국제 마약조직을 소탕키 위해 수사에 착수한다. 한국의 경찰관 박만용과 이화는 릭키의 연락책임자인 비미엔의 입국을 목격하고 행동을 감시한다. 비미엔이 가와사끼를 만나고 있을 때 박만용과 이화가 들이닥쳤으나 그들을 놓치고 편지만 발견하고 릭키가 홍콩에 있는 것을 알고 추적한다. 릭키의 행방을 알고자 가와사끼를 찾아간 장기는 되려 감금당하여 릭키는 마닐라로 도망간다. 힐책당한 비미엔이 장기를 탈출시키려다 가와사끼에게 발각되었을 때 경찰이 들이닥치자 릭키일당은 도망치고 만다. 그러던 중 릭키의 부하를 잡아 릭키가 있는 곳을 안 박만용은 본부에 지원을 요청하고 단신 돌입하여 철저한 추적끝에 릭키를 체포한다.

중공은 홍콩에 간첩망을 조직하기 위해 일천만불을 불상속에 감추고 홍콩에 반입한다. 이 정보를 입수한 팽,신따로 한동욱이 돈이 간첩들에게 인계되기 직전 가로채다가 경찰에 연행된다. 세월이 흘러 교도소에서 출감된 그들은 서로 불상을 찾으려고 혈안이 되어 있다. 속셈이 다른 세 사내의 위기와 배신으로 서로 엇갈리다가 한과 팽은 불상을 얻게 되지만 신따로의 배신으로 중공 간첩들의 습격을 받아 팽은 죽는다. 분노에 찬 한동욱은 신따로를 추격하여 마지막 승부를벌여 이기나 이미 불상은 제련소 용광로의 불꽃으로 일천만불과 함께 화해 버렸다.
