츠부라야 프로덕션 공인(!) 프로젝트인 울트라 괴수 의인화 계획의 애니메이션 시리즈 중 하나. 괴수 걸즈 ~울트라 괴수 의인화 계획~ 2기의 최종화에서 블랙 지령이 등장한 것을 통해 작품 제작을 암시했었고, 2018년 11월 23일에 기간 한정으로 극장 상영을 한다고 한다. 그리고 PV 영상을 통해 메카기라스와 모게돈의 모에화 캐릭터도 추가로 등장하는 것이 확인되었으며, 특보 영상을 통해 벰스타와 하네지로, 레이큐바스, 라이브킹, 페기라의 모에화 캐릭터도 신규 등장하는 것이 확인되었다.
