Colita

As a photographer, Colita is an undisputed master of the portrait of 20th-century Barcelona. In her garden, she sips tea with her friends, all of them very important women: writers, singers and actresses filled with wit and exuberance. Together, they revisit their memories of intensely lived years: the last two decades of the Franco dictatorship. Just enough to complete the image through the lens of her camera. There is no distance in her art.

In 1939, Ramón was a young man, caught up in his Barcelona family's involvement on the Republic side in the brutal Spanish Civil War. He and his family fled into exile ahead of Franco's troops. Now it is many years later, and he has come back to see how his old homestead fared in the intervening years. The only person he can find who is able to remember those years clearly is his family's old butler Claudio.

The parallel stories of a police commissioner and a bank robber whose lives eventually come together.

On an island buffeted by storms, the seamen are confined with no desire to abandon the life by the sea. They spend days and nights drunk in the tavern. The young woman who serves them has one desire: to go far away. This sets the stage for a musical in the open, and will frame a story of love and adventure, reminiscent of the director's film Aoom.

A publisher of novels begins to receive packets containing macabre: members of a female corpse. The appearance of a mysterious woman who seems related packages will lead to a situation of dramatic denouement.

John leaves for Barcelona in search of Cristina, who two years ago went to the city. On arrival he is hosted in a cousin's house and there he meets Monica that falls madly in love with him. When he finally finds Cristina, things do not happen as he expected, the time and the city have changed her and she is not sure to continue the relationship. Meanwhile, Monica tries unsuccessfully to call the attention of John.
