Joel Heyman (born September 16, 1971) is an Actor who is frequently used in Rooster Teeth Productions machinima series, including Red vs. Blue as Private Michael J. Caboose/O'Malley and The Strangerhood as Wade, as well as Bidderman in 1-800-MAGIC. He also wrote 1-800-MAGIC, and occasional Rooster Teeth Shorts for Rooster Teeth Productions. In addition to his involvement in machinima, he starred in The Schedule, a live-action film written and directed by Burnie Burns (creator of Rooster Teeth Productions). He frequently is a Co-Host in Rooster Teeth Productions weekly podcast "Drunk Tank". He has also done a range of acting roles on American television shows including Friends, Angel, The Inside, Alias, Criminal Minds, and reprising his Red vs. Blue role as a Blue Prison Guard in the G4 show, Code Monkeys. He had a minor role in Halo 3 as an unseen marine, voiced in the character of Caboose from Red vs. Blue.
Joel is a 1997 graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Drama Production. He currently resides in Austin, Texas, to work in the Rooster Teeth offices.

어릴 적, 정신병에 걸린 아버지가 자살하는 걸 목격한 매디슨. 매디슨의 오빠 브랜든마저 대학에서 자살을 한다. 1년 후 매디슨은 오빠의 죽음을 정리하기 위해 브랜든이 자살할 당시 다녔던 대학에 입학하게 되고 수상한 기숙사에 들어가게 된다. 같은 기숙사를 쓰게 된 신입생 중에는 16살의 천재 해커 스트링이 있었고 스트링은 그들이 쓰고 있는 기숙사와 폐쇄된 구역에 관한 이야기를 들려준다. 그 건물은 수 십 년 전에 정신병원으로 쓰였었고 그 정신병원의 원장인 버크 박사라는 미친 의사가 십대 청소년 정신병 환자들을 데리고 양쪽 눈을 동시에 찔러 수술을 했다는 것. 그러다가 환자들이 폭동을 일으켜 버크 박사를 살해했지만 시체는 발견되지 않았고 그 후로는 버크 박사의 유령이 건물을 맴돌고 있으며 이상한 일이 자주 일어난다고 한다. 매디슨이 기숙사에서 만난 홀트와 토미, 스트링, 마야, 아이비. 겉으로는 모두 밝고 명랑해 보이는 신입생들이지만 속으로는 남모를 아픔이 있었다. 그리고 버크 박사가 그들 앞에 차례로 나타나 그들의 고통스러운 기억을 들춰내는데...
