배우의 꿈을 안고 LA로 언니를 찾아 가던 캣은 여행 중 만난 론다와 함께 어처구니 없게도 성범죄란 혐의로 악명높은 하니웰 수용소에 수감된다. 사실 그곳은 말이 수용소이지 소장을 비롯한 간수 모두가 인간 이하의 모습으로 여죄수들을 농락하는 곳이었다. 인간성을 빼앗긴 여죄수들은 이윽고 그들의 주인에게 반기를 들기 시작하는데…
