Bobby (Suresh Gopi) comes to high range as a helicopter pilot working for Robinson (Sreenivasan). His job is to spray copper sulphate (thurisu) in the rubber plantations. The film starts with NSG Officer Shyam arresting a terrorist nicknamed Jagmohan Pandey. Usha Varma, the judge of the case happens to be the sister of the Indian Home Secretary Rajan Varma. In retaliation to the arrest, the terrorists kill Unni, Usha's son. Following this incident the government enlists Z Category protection for Justice Usha Varma and her family.Rajan Varma and Balram decide to give the assignment to the Black Cat Commando Team under Shyam's command.

Prince (Mohanlal) is a race car driver and the son of industrialist Bharathan Menon(K. P. Ummer) and Sreedevi Menon (Sukumari). He lives a happy-go-lucky life style spending time racing cars, entertaining his nephews in his farm house and hanging out with his close friend Vettikkal Sadashivan (Jagadish). Sadasivan introduces Prince to his relative Pavithran(Nandhu) who seeks help in kidnapping his girl friend. In a comedy of errors, Prince and Sadasivan sedate and kidnap another girl with the same name(Aishwarya).
Art Direction
Charlie (Nedumudi) and Gopu (Ratheesh) are small time con artists who get by life doing petty thefts. They meet Unni (Mohanlal), another jobless young man. Reluctantly Unni joins the other two and try to rob from a car owned by Guruji (Madhu). They get caught but Guruji takes them to his plantation and gifts them 10,000 rupees each under the condition that they need to meet him a year later at the same place and tell him what they did with the money.
