Pierre Anthon and his classmates have just started 8th grade, when Pierre Anthon declares that life has no meaning, leaves school and moves up in a tree, refusing to come down. This sparks an existential crisis amongst his classmates. They decide to gather their most valuable belongings in a “heap of meaning” that will convince Pierre Anthon that he is wrong. A dangerous, disturbing, and controversial study of what really matters has begun.
Lucas
Lucas is a new student at a prestigious private school. He thrives, but is at odds with his tyrannical teacher Jon, as he challenges the strict agenda that Jon wants to preserve for everything in the world. When Jon sees that Lucas has an influence on the class' talented girl Caroline, he cannibalizes her and makes her break down. The injustice makes Lucas so angry that he takes up the matter with Principal Helle. The next day, everything seems to be in perfect order, but Lucas has stuck his nose too far forward.

Father and his family comes to visit onkel Anders' twin brother, Sofus, who comes all the way from Australia with a cow in tow. Unfortunately, Sofus equally surly and grumpy, as Anders is good and kind. Sofus takes his cow with Herefords to win milking competition. But when the cow refuses to give milk may Lille Per, Mie, Ole and Seas learn Sofus that words are leading the way to be good to others.
