약력
Han debuterede i 1955 i ensemblet Four Jacks, men blev hurtigt solist og udråbt til dansk rock- og twist-konge. Siden udbyggede han sit pop-repertoire til visesang og jazz og blev desuden en flittigt benyttet skuespiller. Han har udgivet plader for EMI i Sverige og Tyskland, og gik i Tyskland under navnet "Ole Brandenburg". I 1960 deltog han i Dansk Melodi Grand Prix med sangen To Lys På Et Bord, som dog ikke vandt men alligevel blev en landeplage. I 1962 deltog han i det svenske grand prix. I 1969 betrådte han nye, musikalske veje med sin egen tekst til en amerikansk melodi i julesangen "Søren Banjomus", som han selv sang til tidløs succes.
I 1970'erne dannede han ofte par på scenen med Vivi Bak, og i 1980'erne tog han sig bl.a. af Halfdan Rasmussen- og Evert Taube-repertoiret. Det blev til mange plader, engagementer i diverse shows og tv-optrædener i de år. I de senere år holdt Otto Brandenburg en lavere profil.

Prop & Berta is the story of a friendship between a little stout man and a big and proud cow, who are able to talk to each other. Together they confront an ugly and evil witch who is determined to get rid of them because they have moved into a house on the edge of her wood. The witch hates neighbours and through magic and evil planning she turns Prop and Berta's friends, the Teeny burpers, into dangerous hoodlums who begin to terrorize the nearby town. Prop and Berta manage to overcome the witch and turn her into a good person, restoring peace in the little town and breaking the spell which binds their friends.

During the final days of WWII, chaos ruled. The German submarine U-461 went down along with its entire crew just off the coast of Denmark. The Earth Rat

Short, plump, cheese-loving Ingolf is forced to act and to show that he is a real hero.

She's back - the lovable little elf who sleeps in a matchbox on the artist's desk: and of course her playmates, too, the comical mouse couple Fredrik and Ingolf. The trio are moving into the city. It's a mjor step for Circleen and the mice, and one which has its pros and cons. The city is a dangerous place, but it also has cute, amusing, cheeky playmates such as Sidse, whose family boasts a pirate, and Hassan's family, who introduce food-loving Ingolf to feta cheese and belly-dancing.

But, just as she is about to return, she overhears a couple of servants talking about how her parents don't seem to be very upset over her dilemma....

Parents, chief schemer Uncle Georg, Bertram and his swarm of siblings all get into hot water when Betram's slapdash kindergarten artwork is somehow being mixed up with a famous painting from a museum.

Based on Bjarne Reuter's 1975 juvenile novel, even broader comedy strokes are employed in the film version, but bright spark Bertram is still at the center of things when a nice but dubious uncle (he has a criminal record) takes all the kids of a working class family, hit with bad luck, away on an outing. A plot is cooked up to kidnap some rich kid. It works at first, but soon things get out of control.

Efter et sanatorieophold pga. voldelig opførsel under en arrestation, bliver kriminalassistent Karl Jørgensen overført til bedrageriafdelingen. Her opdager Karl en sag, hvor hans ekskone og hendes nye mand er indblandet. Da Karl begynder at undersøge sagen, bliver han stoppet af politimesteren. Karl slår sig sammen med journalisten John Bullnes. De kommer efterhånden tættere på sandheden, men stoppes da en mistænkt begår selvmord. Karl bliver suspenderet og Bullnes sendes til Berlin på en opgave. This is a film about the stuff dreams are made of, yet, there is nothing elevated in this concept, on the contrary. The characters around the bar Strudsen (the ostrich) are doing what ostriches do, hiding themselves from the threats of life and keeping their dreams to themselves. Scriptwriter Benny Andersen being a poet is rendering a loving portrait of a number of persons, who fail to try to make their dreams come true, possibly not being sufficiently dissatisfied with their life after all. The manager would like a bar of his own but dare not admit to it, the butcher would like to be an opera singer, the window cleaner (sorry, window polisher) is secretly in love with the bar lady, but dare not show it and the pianist willingly listens to all the different dreams being presented to him. This film was the best accomplished movie from Henning Carlsen since his debut with 'Sult'.
